Very bad hotel. Even though i had selected the check in time as 6 AM in advance ,i had to wait till 9 am to get a room.Dirty room,super lazy staffs and bad maintenance.The hotel only looks good from outside.The bathroom had even fungus on their doors.Please avoid.Look for better options.The only good thing is that it is near to the railway station but still paying 2700 for a room with such maintenance is a very bad deal.

Booked through Booking.com. The hotel staff are pathetic and keep fighting on the reception counter. The only good thing was the location. When I gave a bad review on Booking.com they cancelled the booking showing no show. They took full payment and are showing that I didn't show. Pathetic action do not ever stay at this property. Not clean and insect infestation which shows at night, also bad smell in rooms.

Terrible Experience - Avoid at All Costs! I booked a stay at Hotel P Palace in Varanasi through Agoda, selecting the Pay at Check-in option as mentioned. Unfortunately, my flight to Varanasi was delayed in Delhi, so I reached out to the hotel multiple times via WhatsApp, but received no response. Agoda was no help either, providing zero support throughout the ordeal. When I finally landed in Varanasi, the hotel informed me that they had cancelled my booking simply because I was late, despite knowing I was traveling with elderly family members. This lack of empathy and professionalism is appalling. They couldn’t even hold the booking for a few hours. To make matters worse, when I called the hotel, the receptionist rudely told me they had no solution for me and to contact Agoda instead. No apologies, no attempt to accommodate us, just complete indifference. I was left stranded and humiliated, with no place to stay after a long journey. This was by far the most unprofessional and frustrating experience I’ve had at a hotel. Avoid Hotel P Palace if you value customer service and respect. They do not care about their guests at all!

Experience fine hospitality at Hotel Pratap Palace in our recent visit to Varanasi. We met with the owner of the place and he is a kind soul and was kind to avail us immediate booking during a very hectic wedding week. It’s located inside an alley of a busy commercial lane. One can find all sort of eatery on the same. The hotel is clean and well-managed. The staff is generous offering help whenever needed. The rooms were clean, spacious and well-lit. Cleaning was done every morning. Ours was windowed to a balcony apt for breathing the morning breeze. It was winter and hence warm water was needed. They have it supplied throughout the day.

The only advantage of the hotel is location. Located at a prime location. Cant railway station and bus stand is in a walkable distance. There are many eateries available near by. Also you can get auto, Toto easily. Hotel looks very good from outside. Seeing that I had booked the hotel from goibibo. But the room which I got was very dirty. I asked them to clean. Bedsheet and pillow cover was very dirty too. There were holes in the bedsheet. Looks like they never Changed it. In bathroom commode sheet was full of beetle spits. Very unhygienic. From safety prospective there is no issues. Safe for families and solo travellers. But I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to lack of neat and cleanliness.

Worst Hotel ever no one will stay here owner Avinash Pratap Singh is a big scammer fraud don't ever say in such kind of place who takes things and don't pay money cheater he don't even deserve to have such kind of place he will be in Jail if he doesn't such kind of things to the customers
