HOTEL GANGOTRI

Room's are just ok . Room service is zero. Dirty rooms. No response of room service. Very bad hotel option. I came with my family and asked for room service many times but no response. Staff is shameless. No cleaning of rooms. Ac and geyser is out of service. Also insects and flies in the room. No towels and door mats provided. Staff is out of service at night.

Pathetic management and too much of attitude at reception, rooms were not cleaned properly. Also even after requesting they didn't bothered to clean.

Very nice hotel. Came here in 2016. Very humble and patient staff. Here’s what happened in our stay. We are South Indians on tour of holy places and we carried extra locks to lock our hotel room. When I we went to Visalakshi temple,we left 2 ppl in the room who by mistake left a sleeping kid inside the room and locked him with the keys Inside. The hotel staff helped us patiently and cut the lock. Thank you. Late review as I just remembered being here after 5 years.

I didn't booked the AC room so i have no idea about that.... But the non AC was quite good. Just because of the hot weather i regret that i should've taken the AC room... staffs were very polite..... Just one thing I found bad was dirty bedsheets and pillow covers.... I don't know if they forgot..... I didn't asked them to change the sheets because I was very busy with my work. But they need to take care of this kind of stuffs

Worst hotel and worst staff. They gave us room with torn bedsheets that had multiple stains and dirty also.. staff behaviour was very bad, they argued a lot when we asked for a clean bedsheet. Room was in very bad condition too. They again offered us a room that was not ready yet, labourers were working in that room..

I stayed here for two days at Varanasi. Average hotel. Action with bed. But maintainence is poor. No food hotel. Neither tea nor tiffn available. Not a clean place. But only plus point is it is in main road.🙏🙏🙏k

Worst hotel. The staff are bad and they stare at women in weird way . They even took 700 rs extra . Rooms are shabby , untidy and shanty . The guy is in reception has bad mentality. They also threaten their customers . Please dont visit this bad hotel .

Hotel is on the main road and walkable distance to the temple. Rooms are just ok and not well kept. Upon insisting the staff cleans the room and maintains.
