Stayed here for 13 and 14/12. Room was neatly cleaned with hygiene bed covers etc .....staff was nicely behaved and informative ....room service was good. Food was tasty and reasonable...... overall a good stay.....

The hotel looks great from the outside and in pictures which is on MMT site. However, I'm quite disappointed with myself for booking my stay at this hotel. Here is a list of the positives and negatives: Cons: 1. When the first room was given to me, the bathroom flush was broken and not working properly. I asked the hotel personnel to switch my room, and they did, but I wasn't satisfied with the room cleanness. 2. The hotel's infrastructure has to be renovated because many of the items are deteriorated and outdated 3. This hotel has its own restaurants, and they advise us to eat there rather than outside. However, I think the price of the dish is excessive. For instance, the cost of the masala papad is Rs. 100. 4. The bedsheet is soiled and damaged. 5. There is a lot of dust in the windows, on the table, and at the corners of the bed. 6. Two times while we were there at night, someone attempted to open our door, but we had locked it from the inside, so they were unsuccessful. After complaining to the reception, they confirmed that the kids (other room guests) were doing. In my opinion, handling your guest in this manner is quite unprofessional. 7. The housekeeping staff has to improve more because they are eager to get their work done and open the guest rooms as soon as possible. They are unable to wait until we open the door from inside. Pros: 1. The hotel receptionists are excellent, kind, and provided me with the right guidance whenever I needed it. 2. I am giving this hotel a two-star rating based only on the reception staff. I would advise that rather than responding to this feedback, the hotel should make infrastructure improvements as these are crucial for a comfortable and hygienic stay.

The staff behaves like goons. You'll be disappointed at everything about this hotel. Dirty washroom with filthy walls. If you raise any problem with them, they'll start shouting at you. P.S. Don't get influenced by positive online reviews.

Horrible, terrible inn. Was only here for one night, and it was a very bad experience. First of all, there was dust and debris everywhere, and the room had not been adequately cleaned or dusted when we arrived. The room lacked basic utilities and the wallpaper was ripped. The room smelled strongly of smoke, and despite repeated requests, the staff was unresponsive and the air conditioner was leaking water. The blanket covers were damaged, and the restroom was unclean. It goes on from here. POWERCUTTING OCCURRED DURING THE NIGHT. A few rooms on a specific floor experienced a power outage, and neither they had their backup power source nor did they know how to solve the issue. The housekeeping and reception staff was very rude and slow. Completely bad experience. Not worth the money. Not recommended at all.

Awful, terrible hotel. It was a terrible experience, and I was only here for one night. Upon our arrival, the room was not well cleaned or dusted, and there was dust and garbage all over the place. Basic utilities were missing from the room, and the wallpaper was torn. There was a strong smoke odor in the room, the service was inattentive to numerous inquiries, and the air conditioner was leaking water. The bathroom was dirty and the covers for the blankets were ripped. From here, it continues. During the night, there was power cutting. One floor had a few rooms that lost electricity, and neither they nor their backup power supply knew how to fix it. Rude staff and slow service.

Nuce hotel in the centre of city. Hotel has the restaurant by the name Charcoal which serves amazing delicious food. Staff is very courteous and they will help you want to arrange local travel as well.

Pathetic, disastrous inn. Was here for one night only and very unpleasant experience. Firstly when we arrived, the room was not cleaned and dusted properly, there was dust and dirt all around. The wallpaper was torn and basic amenities were not provided in the room. There was suffocating smoke type smell in the room and even after numerous requests, they were slow with service and even the AC was dripping water. The bathroom was not clean and blanket covers were torn. It doesn't end here. THERE WAS A POWERCUT IN THE NIGHT. Power cut was in few rooms on a particular floor and they didn't have any power backup nor did they have any idea about fixing the problem. Very poor experience and not at all worth the money they charge per night. The receptionist and housekeeping staff was very rude and not understanding at all. Not recommended.
