Treebo Om Shree Banaras

Hotel is nice. Staff gave us warm reception. Breakfast was good. Especially Aloo Parathas. Nearer to Railway station. I definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends. I forgot my Sketchers Shoes and informed the Hotel.Owners took care to send me back by courier. I am very thankful to them.

Our recent hotel stay provided a generally pleasant experience. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained. We enjoyed the convenient location and the friendly service from the staff. While there were a few minor details that could be improved, they did not detract significantly from our overall satisfaction. We would certainly consider staying at this hotel again in the future!!! Note :- All Thanks to @Atharva and @ Princes who helped us during our stay in the hotel.

Had a really amazing and safe stay. As a lady traveller I recommend it to everyone. Very hygienic services and professional staff. Atharva & Prince from reception were very warm and kind.

Title: Extremely Unprofessional – False Accusation & Missed Train I stayed at Treebo Om Shree, Varanasi on 25th June 2025 with my wife booked via Goibibo). While the stay was okay, the checkout experience was a complete nightmare. As we were checking out, the staff falsely accused us of leaving a blood stain on the bed. The mark was clearly old and faded, but they still kept arguing and even started demanding money in front of my wife, which was extremely disrespectful and embarrassing. Despite us repeatedly denying any wrongdoing, they wasted a lot of time arguing and trying to pressure us into paying. Because of this, we missed our train. The entire situation was frustrating, disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of professionalism. Treebo must take responsibility for this kind of behavior. No guest should be treated this way. I strongly urge future visitors to inspect the room at check-in and be cautious. Very disappointed – Not recommended at all.

Located near the Banaras station creates too much noise from the electric locos constantly blowing their horns. It's very hard to get a good night sleep. That's the only downside. Staff are excellent in every sense, especially Atharva at the reception, which goes out of his way to serve each guest. Very humble & honest serving with a smile. Have a nice kitchen, which serves sumptuous vegetarian food. Staff are very helpful. Owners need to sound proof for noise pollution and need to be an upgrad e Overall, it was a good experience.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly and attentive. The room was comfortable and well-maintained, and the food was excellent with a great variety. Overall, a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend it!

It was a wonderful and satisfying stay at this property. All family members stayed in 3 rooms for 6 days at this property. Hotel staff Prince, Atharv and Manish were very co-operative and eager to help us during our stay. The main USP of this property is food, it's fresh and tasty and fulfilling the appetite. Definitely visiting again this property whenever coming to Varanasi.

I arrived there at 11:45 PM at night. Asked for a room and said that I will be leaving next day morning at 4 AM. They said the amount will be 2000/- rs. I clearly said that since it's already almost 12:00, and I have to leave very early in the morning tomorrow, I won't pay for additional hours. After being confirmed several times, I finally got my stuffs in the room. Then paid them 2000/- and boom, he said next day charge I will take tomorrow. I was surprised, asked what charge? Then thay said, there will be charge for tomorrow also. I was really annoyed. It was already 12:30 and my wife and son was at the room. I told them that I mentioned it atleast 3-4 times that I will only pay 2K, why didn't he told me that time? Anyways, I took the refund and left with my wife and kid at 12:30 midnight. Horrible experience. Please be aware of such cheating.
