I have worst experience staying in hotel kb palace.rooms are unclean and very lot of dust. Very poor place to stay. There is no professionalism between staff . Food delivery is worse and food taste is worst. Never ever recommended to stay with family. Urine smell is coming on bedsheets. Improper bedding size and no soaps and other basic amenities are available.

This is a very good hotel near the railway station the rooms are very good the hotel is on the main road and the parking is also good the staff is very family oriented like Vikas

This was my repeat stay with KB palace and the hospitality grew from best to better From check in to check out everything was five star. Amazing hospitality, Amazing food Amazing staffs , Nivedita Madams greeting to start journey makes it a perfect combo to stay in this holy city.

Stayed 2 nights with family. Searched from internet and booked on telephone with reception directly. Room was excellent, cleaned. AC cooling very effective. Backup power available and took 2-3 minutes to take over. It has lift service. Meals very tasty and not much spicy. Supplied with mineral water bottles through out. The staff were awesome, very polite and prompt. Very close to Banaras railway station. Next visit obviously I will prefer to stay in this hotel if I get the booking confirm again. My sincere thanks to the owner and KB Palace team to make our stay so comfortable.
