Hotel City Inn

I recently stayed at Hotel Ciry Inn for one night with my parents, and we had a great experience. The hotel’s location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to assist with anything we needed. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing everything we required for a short stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for convenience and great service!

We stayed here for two days and our experience was awesome!! All Food items tasted super yummy and their quality was superb. Even every portion of veg thali was superb in quality and taste. The restaurant staffs and hotel staffs were very helpful and polite. Location is spot on, right in front of station. View from room is also good.

Very nice hotel located near to Varanasi Railway Station. I have opted for Executive rooms and the railway station view from the rooms were mesmerizing. Also, support staffs are very good. Room service is very fast and is just a call away. Special shout for Rajeev for all the help and support during our stay.

It was an amazing experience staying at City inn. The staff was very helpful and serves great hospitality. Also have a gym that is accessible to all the guests. Highly recommended. 💪🏻😎

We had booking in this hotel from third party (Paid). I went to visit varanasi with parents when i asked them to let us share the room and give extra bed they refused and strict to stay only 2 adults in the room. Due to the reason we had to take one extra room which was below the average with leaking water in room's floor due to this my kids slipped two times in the room and outside the room. Room was so so with 2 separate single beds besides knowing the fact that we have kids and it would be very difficult to adjust with it . Called three times for TV remotes, Towels, Hot water kettle. They knew this that we would not go anywhere else becoz we had paid booking from third party so they overcharged for this compare to average price of the hotel with breakfast. and as i can check from different-different apps...,They provide breakfast also in lesser price compare to what i paid them for this pathetic experience.

As i have stayed 5-6 times in Hotel City inn but this time it was bad for me.. Firstly room which i have booked through Quest 2 travel not the same, i have informed to staff for room, bathroom there is no water in washroom, no proper light availablity after many followups they have changed Also yesterday i have request for room dinning service but they denied to serve in room and pressurizing me to take my dinner in restaurant as i was tired Also they informed if you will order for room dinner only veg thali you can order I have ordered room dinning at my room. The day before yesterday and i had ordered what i want.. This is first to time its very bad & poor services in Hotel City inn. Ms Anamika is very polite and ask to give actual Feedback & experience to share with us..

i stayed with my family for 1 day and booked 3 rooms, its walking checkin though while continuing to next half day they charged me for full day and even the payment is almost double, while showing online 2300 but hotel chared me 3500 plus tax for 2 rooms and 4500 plus tax for another room... very bad behaeviour with clients..dnt want to give any star ⭐️ my one review can educate many people and help them to save their money
