Hotel Basera Vrindavan

Rooms are good size and location is just 1 Km from Main Temple. They have enough parking and in house restaurant, Staff was good and supportive. We find some issues in bathroom and water was not cleaned. Overall good experience; prices may vary.

My wife went for Darshan today with her friends (All ladies) Upon visiting there was differential pricing and the behavior from front desk staff was rude and obnoxious. Disappointed and will be taking this matter on social media

A Nightmarish Stay at Hotel Basera Vrindavan 😞 I recently stayed at Hotel Basera Vrindavan and I am utterly disappointed with the experience I had. The hotel staff was unresponsive and unhelpful, and the hotel itself was far from the standard that I expected. 🚗 The journey to the hotel was a nightmare. It took us 3 hours to reach the hotel, despite it being only 20 minutes away when we entered in Vrindavan . The traffic diversions within the city were mismanaged by the police, and there was no follow-up or update from the hotel management about the situation. It seemed like they were content with the money we paid for the booking, without any concern for our well-being. 🚧 When we finally arrived at the hotel, we were shocked to find that the room was not up to the mark. 😲 It looked like we had entered a lodge, rather than a hotel. The chairs in the room were not clean, and the main entrance door latch was so loose that it seemed like it would fall apart if we used it. only two towels despite of booking of 4 , no hand towel and towels which were in room having yellow spotting as attached pic for reference also . The dinner we had at the hotel was equally disappointing. 😩 The raita we ordered was just water, with no taste at all. It was like they had put in no effort to make it. But the most shocking incident of our stay was when we were awakened early in the morning due to smoke in our room. 😱 We all woke up coughing, and when we checked, we found that there was a fire in the MCB one floor above. It was a terrifying experience, and we feel lucky to be alive today. The hotel staff was of no help during this incident, and we had to manage on our own. 😞 Despite the amazing darshan of Baanke Bihari in the morning, the overall experience of our stay at Hotel Basera Vrindavan was a nightmare. 😞 I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, and I would rate it a 1 star. The hotel staff needs to improve their services and take better care of their guests. 👎

Hotel is Ok Ok. Rooms are economical. The service is not that good. Very slow service not so organised. Rooms were not clean when we arrived. Towel not provided by them. Water not provided by them Breakfast arrived very late. We booked 4 rooms but 2 of the rooms didn't have telephone and tv connection was not there in any of the rooms. Locks of the rooms were in bad condition. No soap no shampoo is been provided by default neither by asking Receptionist Yash is a decent person.
