Excellent location ,very good rooms good wash room but need better management ,towel given was old and torn , over all value for money

We stayed here from 30 March to 2 April total 3 nights.Accept location nothing much.Rooms are small and full of cockroaches. They given all torn towels..bathroom condition is horrible. The main issue with money..I wanted to given all using upi but somewhere they demanded for cash..I given 1500 and just believed and didn't ask for any receipt. On checkout day they said I given 1000 Rs and after huge discussion I again paid 500 which is really bad experience. It's not matter of 500 ,matter of belief. Owner said he will check cctv and revert back but no reply. Anyway please check before booking.

The size of the rooms are good. Rooms and bathrooms are quite big. I got electric ⚡ shock when I switched on the bathroom's water heater. I immediately turned it off and pulled off the shocket completely. Also I informed the hotel staff but they took no action. For the rest my stay, I had no option other than to use cold water for shower 🚿. Hotel staff were rude and the service was pathetic.

Location is very good, walkable distance to banke bihari and also 2-3 km to prem mandir, iscon temple and nidhivan. Service is good and rooms are good but need some changes.

I've visited to this hotel just 2 weeks back and I'm extremely happy with it. Rooms are very spacious and well furnished. Toilets' are cleaned and hygienic. Hotel location is very near to Banke Bihari Temple (just 5 min walk in) and other stores. Other temples are also within 1-2 KM distance which are easily accessible through e-rickshaws. Hotel staffs are very caring and co-operative. Last but not the least, the owner of this hotel is a real gentle man and so polite in nature. I'll definitely recommend for this hotel to my friends and relatives if they visit Vrindavan.

Very domesticated hotel. Good experience. Hotel does not have their own kitchen, but we can order from nearby restaurant. The rooms are average and spacious, and the staff clean it everyday (if instructed so). Overall it was above average experience. Staff is humble. PS : beware of monkeys, they snatch anything and everything from your hand.

Amazing experience, the hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is another plus, Banke Bihari Temple is at walking distance and so are many other temples. The hotel staff is also very courteous especially Hotel Manager Abhishek Tiwari Ji. He is very hospitable and humble. All in all a wonderful experience.
