Overall property is good. Most of the folks came here to pay their gratitude and pray. Mr Ankit Tiwari is prompt and friendly , staff is cooperative. Kitchen is not available with the property but staff is always ready to provide whatever is available with their outsource kitchen. I hope the hotel owner will think of having in house kitchen services in future. There are always few flaws but how they have been addressed is the key. Overall people behind every service makes it great and employees of this property always makes their best effort. Thank you for your services...

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. THANK YOU SVN

Room service kitchen is not available only lacking point…total cooperative staff. No issues at stay at all just they if had a kitchen that would have also worked well i feel

I personally loved the location of the hotel, it is in the heart of vrindavan and all the places to visit are nearby. The rooms are very clean and made with a view that one can stay peacefully and calmly. The staff is really nice and friendly. Overall a great ambience and service given.

A TOTAL FRAUD PROPERTY THEY CHARGED EXTRA FOR GST AND TOOK THE MONEY ONLINE AND TOLD THAT THE BILL WILL BE SENT TO YOU ON YOUR MAIL BUT NOW ITS BEEN 2 DAYS I CHECKED OUT AND THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP CALLS . I SUPPOSE GOVERNMENT AND AGODA THROUGH WHICH I MADE BOOKING SHOULD LOOK INTO SUCH FRAUD HOTELS . NOT RECOMMENDED . ALSO NO STAFF , NO WATER BOTTLES ,NO HOT WATER NO AMENITIES .. DO NOT BOOK IN THIS PRICE RANGE I BELIEVE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTION.
