Gayatri palace

The rooms are very average...the curtains were torn and they were stinky. We asked for room fresheners and the hotel staff made us wait for an hour just for this! Negligence in keeping them clean. Our driver negotiated with them for 1k but later they charged extra without any cause....consider staying if it's only for a night due to the location advantage.

Highly unprofessional. There no coordination between their staff members. Even after online booking done the staff deny to accept that their is already a booking done even the online transaction was there with them. The behaviour of staff members are also disguisting. The owner to whom payment was done has switched off the call. Highly disappointing experience with this hotel.

Worst hotel...they are fraud...they show us different rooms ate the time of booking and gave different one...rooms were not clean at all....not a single facility available not even a mineral water bottle...rooms were stinking...bedsheets were very dirty....ac was not properly working...behavior of the staff was very bad...not even a single switch of the room is working...worst hotel....don't book this hotel even dharmshalas are more clean than this hotel.They are Fraud.

Don't go to this place...smelly and unhygienic....I left this place immediately after I find it...These people take a booking from Oyo and once you reach to this place they denied booking and start asking for payment immediately....

Bathrooms were dirty 😖 awful!! There were drawings in the walls 🧱 In my room there was not even a mirror overall experience 😞 dirty awful it sucks
