Worstttttt hotel of my life. The staff is soo rude. They don't even know how to treats their guest.the room also in miserable condition,so unhigenic,dirty washroom, dirty badsheet,ac is not working. I will suggest you if you want to enjoy your trip don't book this hotel

I wish there is negative rating option available for this hotel. This hotel provided the most disappointing accommodation experience I have encountered. The cleanliness was subpar, with noticeable issues in the bathroom and common areas. Furthermore, the advertised amenities were not fully functional, creating further inconvenience. The staff's lack of responsiveness to these concerns only exacerbated the negative experience. I would not recommend this establishment to other travelers.

The worst place to stay in vrindavan ,the receptionist lady is soo rude if you ask for clean bed sheets pillow or blanket they will ask for extra charges and moreover you have to pay extra for room cleaning. Avoid staying at this pathetic place.

this place is one of the worst services you can have in vrindavan. they won’t provide pillows after many many follow ups. same goes for the towel as well if you ask for a fresh pillow cover they will ask you to put pillows cover yourself , they will just hand it over to you. AC stopped working after 1hr and never worked again. floor was not cleaned dusty and rusty we had a 2 day plan . we paid the full amount at once and we somehow managed one day and shifted to new place the next day. trip became hectic due to the services and this shifting. If you have the energy to fight for everything than please go ahead and book this place otherwise its a big NO. don’t ruin your peace of mind

Worst place to stay. The staff is extremely mannerless, misbehaves and doesn't listen. The manager too is pretentious, he shows off to be sweet but not at helps in providing services and supports the misbehaviour of his staffs. They do not give towels, cushions etc. Pathetic place and people who would ruin your trip.

Not at all recommended. I had paid 1800 for the Ac room, there was window AC without any remote or any screen or buttons on the Ac. The staff said that it is permanently set to 16.c, but it feels like around 26-27.c The behaviour of staff was also not good, the claimed that ac will work absolutely fine, as I asked them about the odd location of the Ac in the room. But as soon as I paid the amount, they didn't even respond to me. Overall, would not recommend this.
