Giving a review after making a 3rd visit to this hotel. Service: 1 Star Facilities: 1 Star Location: 5 Star Price: 2500 per room The rooms used to be very clean, they used to provide basic amenities like face wash, hand wash etc. but recently not sure what happened to this location but they've ruined their services. No basic amenities like hand wash, face wash etc. even toilet paper was something that we had to ask for. Room's wall was dirty and had spots. They used to charge 2000ra for offline bookings but if you go they'll tell you the standard price of rs2500. I suggest going for online booking only. Staff is not available all the time, they only come during the check out and check in. I used to be a fan of this hotel because of the location. The location of this hotel is perfect. But my recent experience was not good.

Third class hospitality. Aged lady at reception had no manners to talk to customer.. I'll never recommend anyone to stay there.

This Best part for this Hotel is the location, That's it. Rooms are overpriced and maintenance is bad. The Lady at the reception is very nice but still Hotel is not worth the price. I got a double bedroom at 3000 per night. The room has no quilt provided, The AC was not working, Drinking water was provided in a really unhygienic jar which looked dirty as well, The AC water pipe was left open in the bathroom so all water was spilled in the bathroom when ac was running. As AC was not running for me i complained and got is fixed but the AC was pretty old and bad in condition so took like 45min or more to start cooling the room (Pretty small room in size btw). Overall the Hotel is only about the location and that is it.

Most wortest hotel I have visited in all over India.. I am a travel agent.. they had give me one room for 3000, Next day morning they told that I have to give 5000 . What kind of fraud is this..reception me jo rahti hay beti aur mummy ekdom cheter hay.. Bahut ghamand hay uski.. Tourist se baat karne ka ekdam tamiz nahi hay uski. Dont ever book this hotel.

The hotel used to be well-maintained and customer-friendly, but over time, the service and upkeep have noticeably declined. Location is convenient but everything else is pretty bad for the price charged.

Poor hotel with pathetic rooms. Rooms lack hygiene, plasters are coming off, doors won’t lock and washrooms are like public toilets. Moreover, the staff is extremely rude. Who cares about the location if you cannot sleep peacefully!

Reasonable and clean hotel. Great service received with staff and staff behavior is also nice.
