We had a great experience in the stay. Our group had 4 girls and we visited around February. We felt safe and welcomed. The service was awesome and the owner uncle was very sweet to us even the guard uncle was so helpful. Overall I recommend everyone to stay in here specially if you have a all girls group.

There is a major hygiene issue. I stayed here for 4 days, and the staff didn't clean my room. The toilet smells really bad. Overall, it was an okay experience. and rooms are different from the photos.

Room is overall good. The issue are as such:- 1. I am here on 23.8.24. Internet is not working in rooms. 2. Staffs are less cooperative as the are not cleaning dustbin since two days, which is very stinking. 3. When u would go to mandir at 7 am, lift is not started at that time. I was going for darshan with 80 years old senior citizens and i went to them to start lift. They told let me sleep. I will start it at 8 am. Don't come here with senior citizens. 4. TV is not working. 5. No wifi facility as the wifi has no internet.

I had booked for a week it’s very much decent and location is good as from there you will get vehicle easily and also bus stop is near by. All man working there are good as the service they provide is excellent the manager uncle is very helpful food must try awesome food rooms interior are so great and hot and cold water service also 24 hrs there. Anybody wants to book mist book here they will also guide you regarding places how to go and where to go in Vrindavan.

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING: Worst hotel with most of the rooms with no ventilation, no windows, broken or ill-fitted doors, very smelly and always-wet bathrooms... After seeing so many postive revies and youtube vlog, We booked this hotel for our 7 days staying far from Bangalore almost 15 days ago. Also we requested to provide us the front-side balcony rooms where windows are there, and they agreed. But upon arrival they provided us one back-side room which do not have any winodws or ventilations. You need to always switch on the AC or open the main door for fresh air. We had to open the main door even at mid night 3 AM (see pic) for fresh air. The bathroom is always smelly, how much you switch on the exhaust fan, it won't work as there is no proper ventilation system in building. The same bad smell will rotate and enter into your room. Whole day and night you have to live with that bad smell of toilets. The flooring of toilets also not done properly, so always you would see water on the floor. Be ready to deal with always-wet floors. Also, the rooms are having very worst door fittings. One of their employee got stuck in our bathroom for 1 hour as it's lock got jammed. Later they removed the lock and we had to tie a rope to hold that in place (see pic). We requested for room change, also they promised us to give front side balcony room after 2 days. We believed them and continued our staying, and got engaged with our busy schedule of Vrindavan visit. After 2 days they again shifted us to another room, unfortunately in the same backend side. By that time we both got high fever and were unable to walk much to find out better hotels and switch. We decided somehow to continue until we feel better and then leave. CONCLUSION: Not a good hotel at all, no proper ventilation system, no proper bathrooms or floorings or door fittings. On top of that the managers were bit rude, they would take advantage of your situation and condition to allocate worst rooms. Their words don't have any values. NEVER NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL...!!

Great Hotel near Prem Mandir and Iskon Mandir, Hotel was clean , Bathroom was also clean .Manager behaviour was politely and helpful , Specialy Yadav jee...Food was fantastic of their hotel restaurent . They have provide Electric ketel, tea bag complimentary at room.I recommended this Hotel .
