Sri Vrindavan Dham - Russian House

I would like to go there and stay again if they'd bring some change in the attitude of the management. My stay was comfortable, not so cheap though. We paid over 2800Rs for one night stay in accommodation only set up which was quite a lot in comparison to other options available in the vicinity. The bathrooms were not clean and the taps were broken. The beds did not have clean linen on. But what disturbed me the most was the attitude of the people running the establishment. The check in, check out process is messy. We needed to check out before the office opening time of 9:30 am and it was quite a hassle. we approached one of the russian guys belonging to the management and requested to talk to him about handing in the keys and getting the refundable deposit back but he said he had an urgent text message to send so he didn't have time to talk to us. This shocked me as what's more important than a paying customer. An Indian guy called Anup however was very helpful and sorted the whole situation out even when he hadn't started work by then. I wouldn't want to stay there again.

Had a bad experience with the staff who were very rude. They made no effort to rectify the situation. I left prematurely dissapointed. The rooms are of a nominal standard but it is close to Krsna-Balarama However I cannot recomemd it. For want of abetter word, it is clicky.

It has been really awesome experience...I been literally bloomed by the gesture they have us. .!! I am spiritually blessed ...!! Thank you for your beautiful services on that holy occasion

Rooms are good... Location is good just behind the Iskcon.. walking distance... Most of the guest are foriener.. wide Street..

The basement is not good at all, no network signal and on their poster it is said free prasadam everyday at 13.00 but you uave to pay for this prasadam,

Decent apartments to live in. Feels like hotel passage. Safe and secure from monkeys and theft.
