Triptam Hotel Near Banke Bihari Ji

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Triptam. The rooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, providing a comfortable and relaxing retreat. The food was absolutely delicious, with a great variety to choose from, satisfying every palate. The staff were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome and ensure we had everything we needed. Their hospitality truly stood out. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the nearby temples, making our visit seamless and hassle-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and hospitality!

Interesting hotel Triptam. |PROS|1. It's strong USP is its location. It is close to Nidhi van, Banke Bihari temple, Prem Mandir, ISKCON etc. Has about 35 rooms. |2. Hotel is very clean with rooms and toilets very clean|3. Staff is very friendly, including reception staff and Food staff. |4. The guard is very helpful in arrangng e-rickshaws, the only way to go to the places mentioned. e-rickshaws are around, the guard gets them easily for you.|5. The hotel has comfortable car parking within its area.|6. Very good air conditioning. Good thermostat. Neither hot neither too cold. |7. Very clean and soft bedding.||CONS|1. The Breakfast menu could do well adding another dish eg, POHA, or Upma, These are very popular for people from all over India. |2. Electricity supply is bad in the area, the hotel has to keep switching between city supply and generator, at least 10-15 times a day (not a fault of the hotel. This necessitates resetting the channel on the TV, and its irritating to do it every 15 minutes. And toilet gets pitch dark. The hotel should consider some rewiring where the lights and TV can be on an 30 KVA Industrial grade UPS, and balance on generator as now. |3. The hotel should consider foaming soap dispenser as in most high end hotels. It puts less soap in the hand and also lasts longer||Overall, on my next visit (having stayed in other similar range hotels in Vrindavan) I would prefer to stay at this hotel only, as the benefits outweigh the small irritants. ||If the management addresses the mentioned problems, this hotel can become a high demand hotel due to its location and overall good management.

It may be the best in Vrindavan though there are few negatives . Ritik , the house keeping Incharge was very courteous , his department was top class. Room accomodates 2 + 1 child comfortably . We had Lunch & Dinner in Mishri. a'lacarte menu was good. Thanks to the chef for making food of our choice . I can give a rating of 2 out of 5 to the reception guy Madhav for allocating a room of not our liking in 1st floor and also for the refusal tone, even the girl too. Everything was made right by the office manager Vaibhav Gaur . He made the day for us . Thanks to him. ||Negatives: ||1. The bathroom door was not aligned properly, and the design was inconvenient. It was very difficult to enter the bathroom, close the door, and sit on the commode. The plan was not proper. Even the bath water percolates to the toilet side, making the floor always wet.||2.They need to improve on Breakfast spread. It's very much standard and repetitive all days , and lacks flavor. 2 stars l for breakfast spread and quality . Anyhow Chef made good cauliflower paratha everyday to compensate that . Thanks to him. ||Oveall you can't keep this hotel on par with better known 3 or 4 star brands .

Triptam is a new petite hotel,well located in the heart of Vrindavan. It has parking,which can be am issue in central Vrindavan. The front desk is proactive ,even making an effort to call you,l individually to know your arrival time&special requirements,if any. Rooms& bathrooms are of decent size with alert HK staff.Overall a good experience surely! Special words of mention for Mr Gaur at Front Desk.

Location of hotel is middle in Vrindavan which is very good thing, walking distance of every temple is quit near around 20-25 min. Room was very good, spacious, neat and clean, bathroom was little bit small but very clean and aromatic, staff was very cooperative and good, food was very very good and delicious, it was very good experience and worth. Hope to stay again!

My stay at Triptam Hotel in Vrindavan was not very pleasant due to a major room issue. There was a large kitchen chimney or compressor machine placed right outside our window, which was running most of the time and causing a lot of noise. This made it extremely difficult to rest, and we had to request 4-5 times to get it switched off because it was giving us headaches. For a short one-day trip, where guests spend most of their time outside and just need a peaceful place to rest, this level of noise was unacceptable. Since no other rooms were available, we had no choice but to stay in that room. While the service was fine, the hotel should reconsider the placement of such machines, as they should not be causing discomfort to guests.

I would give the hotel 10 out of 5! It is six star luxury by Vrindavan standards. ||Location is fantastic, visiting the temple took all of 5 mins to reach which is important because of so much crowd now. ||Rooms are modern, bed is so cozy and lighting in room and bathroom is excellent (a lot of hotels don't get that right). Yes the bathroom shower area does flood with water but not substantially. I was able to take a quick shower (amazing hot water!!) and be out before it became too filled.||Hotel has one restaurant Mishri where the food (no onion, no garlic) is amazing. Must try their Chinese, the pastas and cold coffee.||Bestest part of the hotel is the staff - they are warm and friendly. Hrithik and Ajeet (in Mishri) especially come to my mind but everyone is so humble and eager to please. ||As a seasoned traveller (in India and overseas) I'm blown away at having such a great option for me and my parents in Vrindavan, close to Mathura and Govardhan too.

New good hotel in the proximity of all the important temples like Banke Bihari and ISKCON, which is such a blessing. Great food at Mishri, very polite staff, nice spacious rooms, the interiors and exteriors of the hotel, both aesthetically made. Had a great time. Would like to thank Ms. Nikki Thakur and Mr. Vaibhav for their help.
