Never ever stay in this Hotel, it's a total waste of money. They are charging 1800 for 1 night without any services. 1. No room service, you have to carry your own water bottle. 2. The TV is not working and you can't even complain about it. 3. Stinking room. And so on

I don't want to give any rating to this hotel, because when I was check-in last month there, booked two rooms for Two day's. Hotel Services were provided to us too bad for us. Both Washroom's were too Dirty, Flushing was not working, and already Press Button was broken there and also water Pressure was too slow. Hotel staff was not taking any Action to Clean or Repair. Any Channel was not running on Tv untill when Technical Person was not arrived. I was thinking how to spent 2 day's here. i was getting too disappointed on staff behaviour because they weren't listen to our problems. They will have to improve their Services and need to keep Some good staff or House keeper. Regards Vicky

I wanted to give minus star if possible. Last month we had booked two rooms in their hotel but in both the rooms neither washroom was clean nor flush was working and no action was taken even after telling these people. Service is not available even staff is not available too in this hotel. There was no cleaning of the room even once in 3 days. We were really disappointed and never want to stay at this hotel again. Don't waste your money and your energy in this hotel.

Have very bad experience. I give 0 rating....just provide a room with Messy bathroom (flush is not working) and go to hell....no any staf service..Rude behaviour...extremely disappoint to the service....this is not a proper hotel. once u get a room and then nobody can listen you. Also no any saft is available to carry your luggage, inside the room. No any saft service. Very bad please good a proper hotel with other facilities. But please not select this HARE KRISHNA REGIDENCY..

Very bad experience they took money from us for prebooking and didn't recieve the call when we reached vrindavan, i an my mother reached vrindavan in the middle of the night and they left us with no space but to stay in road! Which was very very disappointing. Worst experience. No proper sockets for charging, fan is not working properly, no soaps in bathroom, toilets are not cleaned even no proper electricity facility. The staff is not so good and welcoming. Prices are very high as compared to the rooms and services offered. Will not recommend this residency to anyone. Highly disappointed.

1 star for location otherwise they are not providing any service even AC remote was not either you can off or on Ac no one to listen and their Ac makes too much noise can't sleep

They are fraud people. They will charge for AC Room and will switch off the AC after check in and you cannot say anything to their goons as well
