Hotel Thakur Ji Dham

I had a very bad experience with them, the management of this hotel has a very conservative thinking. They said that a boy from Delhi is staying here and he is a thief. This is how we do not give rooms to boys from Delhi. This means that they directly say that people from Delhi are thieves, we feel very embarrassed there. I do not recommend going to this hotel at all, please support us for the self-respect of Delhi.

Horrible & Terrible experience.. The Balcony room at 1st floor had a Rat in it running right behind my pillow..I asked for A room change and the 2nd floor room door access card had a short circuit and burst the moment we were about to go out for dinner.. The 3rd room had some screeching sound from the electric board where the charging socket is and phone could not be charged.. plus a centipede came inside the room.. Manager was a Moron! Absolutely rude man..

Very unhygienic and there is a lot of dirt and facility is very bad and Wi-Fi did not work at night iam not satisfied with their service I will try not to come again

No one should consider this hotel. I had an very bad experience stay at this hotel due to the very rude behavior of the manager, owner, and staff. Their lack of professionalism was evident from the moment I arrived. The manager and owner were very rude and disrespectful, setting a very bad tone for my entire stay . To make matters even more worse, the condition of the hotel was very disappointing. The toilet emitted an unbearable very bad odour that filled the entire room, making my stay unbearable pathetic. Despite multiple complaints to the hotel staff, there was no action taken to resolve this issue. The complete lack of concern for their guests' comfort and well-being was shocking. I cannot express my disappointment enough with the overall experience. I strongly advise anyone considering this hotel to look elsewhere for accommodation .Such disrespectful behavior and neglect for basic hygiene should never be tolerated in the hospitality industry.

Near Shree Banke bihari temple . Good hotel with parking space. Clean rooms with modern amenities. Blanket was cozy. Hot water geyser was life saving . Balcony was common and good.

Just normal rooms as compared to price. According to price, rooms quality can be much better seems little bit overpriced. Washroom was not neat n clean. You can order food from the menu there and eat it inside room only at an average price. Locations are nearby you can do rickshaw for keshi ghat , iskcon , prem mandir at 20 rs per passenger.it will take 10-15 minutes. Keshi ghat is also nearby. Banke bihari is at walkable distance. Overall we had a decent stay here and visits almost all the places nearby due to location of the room.
