Kripa shanti Athithi bhavan

They charged me 1600rs for this room. I didn't notice it at first but after booking I found that the toilet seat was broken. The TV is also not working. The hotel manager is very kanjoos. He doesn't let you bargain a penny. I've travelled many places but 1600rs for this room is not justified. So, if you are planning to visit Vrindavan on the weekend and not getting rooms anywhere then you can get a room here but don't take this room for more than 1000rs. Trust me this room is not worth more than that.

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work, which made the stay unbearable. The staff was completely unprofessional – rude, aggressive, and condescending. Not only did they overcharge me, but when I tried to bring it up, they responded with hostility and acted like I was the problem. I also needed a late checkout, and instead of accommodating me, they were confrontational and rude, literally picking a fight with me. The lack of basic customer service was appalling. I will never stay here again and advise others to stay far away from this horrible place.

Worst Hotel in Vrindavan and highly miss management by staff and hotel owner. Please don't book this hotel ever in vrindavan. This Atithi Bhavan should be banned and some action should be taken against them as they first take booking and than sell your booking at higher price to someone else and when you reach there staff try to make you fool by exchanging miss communication among staff and try to waste your time. I had worst experience today on 12/04/025 as when we reached there they sold out reservation and when we checked in though several calls done before reaching hotel that we are coming And they informed that your booking is confirmed though no room was available to us on arrival. Fraud staff and fraud atithi Bhavan. We just returned without bake bihari ji Darshan and all credit goes to this hotel as after travelling 500 kms we are totally disturbed and we returned back. God Bake bihari will definitely do the justice.
