Lord Krishna Palace

We made the booking from booking.com and they asked us to pay 470 rupees commission fee to booking from our end. When we declined they made us cancel the booking. When we asked for fresh bedsheets they declined. The bedsheets looked used and were dirty. The rooms were dirty and covered in dust. The bathroom and walls were covered in spit stains. The staff was rude and non cooperative. The owner didn't pay any heed to our concerns. He got paid and then stopped taking our calls. Absolutely rubish experience.

Rooms are in pathetic condition, all ove spider webs. Bathrooms are in worst condition, not clean at all. Refrigerator you cant open as it is so stinky and dirty. I won't recommend it to anyone. Plus if you tell them to clean or your TV is not working or any other issue. No one will come to sort this out. Bedsheets and pillow cover are very unhygienic, not clean at all. Dont go for it at all.

This hotel is wonderful I love that staff conversation teqnique and his/her caring nature ☺️. And, one more thing is that inki rooms facilities bhut jyada achi hai, or jis location per ye hai i love that location.

Hotels inside the Omaxe city are the worse conditions.. food we receive from local restaurant and no service at all...Poor people

First of all to clear all doubts, this is a resident property which are converted to the hotels and run by multiple hotel service providers. Lord Krishna Palace is one of the hotel service providers. The office is located behind the building shown in picture. If you want to let the rickshaw/cab driver know the location you need to tell them "Omaxe Eternity". The entire locality is very clean and maintained. Shops, restaurants, cabs, autos are easily available. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The washrooms were also maintained nicely and were clean. All the temples and attractions are within the range of 2-3km except Banke Bihari, Nidhivan and Radhakund. Rental scooter service is just beside the hotel office.

Please don’t book this hotel ever… had worst experience if you don’t have any option for hotel then change plan but don’t book this hotel, it’s not secure as well for ladies, first they didn’t received my call 15+ times and on hotel reception you will face lots of localised people who behave very unprofessional and inappropriate.

Wrost experience ever had. No reception, no service, no sanitation, no attendance of staffs at the location,no resturant of the hotel, no complementary breakfast but High rent. Even small things like provision of water , bathroom slippers, bath soaps are absent. Bedsheets ,towels are not charged even you stay for a week. Give a second thought before booking such places.
