We were late to reach hotel, staff was very polite, there restaurant was colsed but they serve delicious food even ,room were neat and clean, overall experience was great

Fraud manager. The manager took extra money from us and refused a refund. We had booked a room worth 1500 a night for 26th and 27th. The manager told my father that only an executive room was available for 27th worth 2500 rupees and we would have to pay 4000 for 2 nights. But the next day he told us that our room was free for 27th as well. We agreed to stay in the same and so we were to pay 3000 rupees for 2 nights. We asked for a refund but the manager told us that he would adjust it in our next stay and as we regularly go to Vrindavan we agreed. When we called in a while to make our next booking for 31st. The manager refused to adjust the amount saying the bill was made for 4000 rupees. He even refused to give us the number of the hotel owner/ company to register our grievance. This is unfair and I am forced to send a legal notice.

Though not on the main road, the hotel is such that one will want to stay there. The rooms are clean, reception is supportive, TV is functional, washroom is good. The best part was when we went, it was scorching heat outside and while we were talking to the receptionist, one waiter came with cold glasses of water for us :) Simple gesture, but it felt good. Next best thing is if u carry treasury along, they have vaults in rooms :D

We stayed here for 2 Nights and 3 Days. I went here with my family. The place is perfect for family stay. The staff is very cordial and helpful. They helped us with sight seeing and temples around. They have their own restaurant downstairs with room service availability. The food is fresh and properly cooked. Their rooms are well maintained, bathrooms are well cleaned. ACs work properly. Clearly during our stay we had no complaints with the stay or food or the staff!

Room was good , walking distance from road & parking is available. Tea coffee maker not provided. Air conditioner was just ok type. Book if you will get this in 800 rs. Don't pay more than that.

Stay was good room quality was like regular Oyo but what surprised me is there breakfast policy, the breakfast they serve is for single serving if you will order anything you will be charged extra even if your room was booked with Complimentary breakfast. Rest parking space is very good.

Very costly at weekends. This place is suitable for those who have their own commute because it is quite distant form the main road Bhakti Vedant road. But, I actually like the service, food & they provide breakfast early morning, staff is very good no problem at all. Well this is Vrindavan, here everyone is good and supportive. I stayed in this hotel twice.

Rooms are Ok but water gets logged in washroom. Called service desk multiple time for this issue but didn't work. Lizards enters in rooms frequently. One of the fan is not working. Complain didn't work. Food in restrarent is good. Extra bed charges is high.
