Ram Lalla Palace

I was supposed to reach Ayodhya by afternoon of 13th February. But the bus from Prayagraj reached only by midnight because of the heavy rush at Ayodhya. I contacted Ram Lalla palace on the phone number which was available with me. The owner (Mahesh, I believe) picked up the phone & assured me that my booking is intact I need not worry about getting late. He forwarded me the number of his Manager (Mr.Vishal ~ who is also a relative of the owner) who was equally cooperative. I could check into a very neat room within 5 minutes. My stay was a very short one. What I would like to highlight is the very positive attitude of the hosts. Shall definitely look forward to staying at Ram Lalla palace again. Thanks, dear Mr.Mahesh & Mr. Vishal for your services. I am fully satisfied.

I wish I can give a negative review for this.. place is like a fish market. Hotel does not have any SOP's for guest. I stayed for the 1st time in Ayodhya thought the place would be good ,the only good thing is room cab be rated 3 out of 5. Rest everything is pathetic. I wish owner can make some SOP's for guest to follow so other guest can stay peacefully.

Very nice place and one of decent hotels in close proximity of Ram Lalla temple it has a pure veg restaurant which is an add on. clean rooms and atmosphere is very good

Good place near by walking ram mandir to hotel. Room well clean and restaurant foods fresh and testy. Location good, staff trained helping nature.

I had visits this hotel with my family Truly the hotel was Worst The Cleanliness and Hospitality was the worst ever Even the staff wasn't even supportive They don't even talk properly used abusive language i was very concern with the safety issues of this hotel I was totally dissatisfied with this j Hotel service
