FabExpress Central Park - Hotel in Rajpur Road, Dehradun

Location is great. But the rooms are really bad. Damp ceilings with a bad smell. Not at all cleaned. Spider webs were lying here and there. Plus to our surprise when we ordered dinner in our rooms, they got really tampered plates and cutlery. The kind of cutlery that we throw out of our kitchen. Very bad experience.

Room offered to me was excellent. Staff behaviour was polite and helping. Hotel is at best location. Rate compare to room is economical. I convey my thanks to staff of this hotel.

My worst experience ever... I booked online but at the time of check in they said there is no room is vacant go and find another hotel. Staff is very rude and arrogant. We are 14 persons and suffered alot for finding another hotel. Also payment also stuck. Never recommended this hotel.

Worst service, horrible experience, I stayed for two days, first day for the first time since i am travelling in last 20 years’ I saw fight between hotel staff and guest, staff was abusing the guest and finally police was called, at a time even I was scared Second day it was my checkout, early morning around 7 am, when I was on my bed and was trying to wake up , hotel staff called me at the reception and asked me to pay the bill saying that the shift would be changed and new staff will takeover and that is why I will have to pay early morning. This was never done before any hotel calling the guest at the reception asking them to pay early mornings without waiting for checkouts and very unavailable reasons Overall very bad experience

The cleanliness was excellent, only few issues while checkin ,if u made online payment from app might be they will stop u if they are not satisfied with room rates ,for receptionist doesn't mean about wht showing on app ...it happn with m but it was sorted by customer service guy .service staffs are too kind n helpfull

You Should Improve your room quality. dirty room unwashed and stinky blanket, bathroom are in worst condition , room with full of dust. only reception staff was polite and gentle. she was managing very well things. location is good. just need to improve room quality. 2 star only reception staff.

My booking was in fab central plaza and without my concern and not notifying me they moved the booking to fab Central Park which is one of the worst places ever stayed. The rooms, bed, liner, hotel floors, toilet all very dirty and unhygienic. We could also spot dogs freely walking in the hotel, when asked the staff they tried to shoo off the dog. The hotel staff were not rude but lasy. Had to tell them 4-5 times to get the basic things like towel, bucket in the toilet. During our stay of 2 days we changed 3 rooms for various reasons not working lights, AC not working and toilets not clean. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If they change the booking from Central Park to central plaza you better ask for the refund and check the oriental hotel which is neat good and new.
