Overall, my stay at the hotel was average. The service was decent, nothing exceptional. The rooms were good, with a nice balcony view. However, there was an issue with my room's door – it wouldn't lock unless closed with the key, which was inconvenient. Other room features were just okay. Disappointingly, basic accommodation items like towels and soap were not provided.

Place is good, however the room are generally having issues. The staff is quite helpful. The washbasin too did not has proper exit point, it was just flowing through the washroom floor. Food quality can be added or improved upon. Overall, it was a good stay.

I have been to Dehradun 2-3 times and I have always booked this hotel. Location is just near the main road so you can easily get public transportation even though it is bit far away from the centrepoint. Rooms are decent, bathrooms are Tiny but clean and furnished. Every room has a balcony And lift is also there.. Though they mention that do not order food from outside, but they do not say anything if you do so.. If I look at the prices then the room is is quite good and It will be unfair to point out at minor issues when you are just paying 1000 for 1 night

The hotel was good, but the room had a little issue with the walls, as the paint was coming out and the Television was hard to operate. The washbasin too did not has proper exit point, it was just flowing through the washroom floor. They should allow female/Male friend to come over. Overall, it was a good stay.

Pathetic services as we were locked in our own room and someone from the outside tried to open the room while we were sleeping. There was no intercom to contact the reception in that situation and we somehow managed to get out of the room. The explanation given to us was that someone else tried to open the gate that's why it was locked. Why someone tried to open our room is still unanswered. The staff showed attitude to us as if it was our fault. Only the person sitting at the reception talked nicely and the staff were rude to us and blamed it on us. Would never recommend it to someone.

Tv not working, have solar water heater but no warm water had to take bath with cold water, rules and regulations only for people staying not for staff or the House keeping, worst experience

Best location to be in if you are a first time traveller to dehradun. We took a room from where we could see mussoorie hills which was so beautiful at night time that we cleaned our balcony and sat on that view for the whole night and had dinner too. The staff is also very cooperative and did their best they can. Overall the location was the key factor which made our trip great.

Very bad hotel staff is very much disoriented, and lack of will to work, rooma are made out of plywood section, you can hear conversation in the next room clearly, You can lock washroom door as the lock is broken....
