OYO 4612 Hotel Tirupati

Hotel is located off location. Service is not upto standard as compared to the price they charge to the customer. Their AC dose not work properly. Geyser was not working. Even after requesting for hot water they didn't deny also but did not provide also. Ignoring nature of staff. If you want to enjoy your trip can consider any other hotel in this locality.

In July I visited this hotel, I booked 2 rooms on first floor I want to share some points regard to my feedback I. No electricity we got in their special classic rooms 2. No food services I got in the hotel 3. Problem to find the hotel 4. No proper service at correct time 5. No water supply in bathroom 6. After repair in bathroom, water supply is not there 7. No light, AC, fan was ON due to electricity 8. Smell comes out of bathroom 9. No water even for drinking. 10. We were new here so asked them for restaurants (for veg) they told us wrong . At that time, there was high traffic, high rain.

I booked this hotel on an hourly basis, but the room was very dirty, and the toilet was in pathetic condition. Not recommended.

Overall not good experience. No packaged drinking water being OYO partner. No OYO kit. Need to call multiple times for same stuff. Morning coffee was not good. Stay was good but service was not. I will not recommend this hotel. If you don't have other options then definitely you can go here. I don't want to rate it as 3 because of food and service but it is not recommended. I will suggest to improve the management and service. Bathroom was disgusting. There is no zero star unfortunately.

reception desk was not professional.. Rooms were clean but not like they are of a hotel(no night lamps, no switch board near bed) .. They had complimentary breakfast but denied to serve more then 1 parantha to 1 guest, told its their hotel's rule to only serve 1parantha/toast per person. At first they denied to turn on AC too as it was cold outside, for a moment I was not sure if I was in school again but after a little argument they turned it on.

It's a best budget hotel in the city centre....my friend booked this hotel in his marriage for relatives and friends... Receptionist was very attentive , polite bcoz he attended and guided all people very politely (with smile)...all staff members are very supportive we ordered many things and they provided us quickly, rooms are clean..Most important thing owner of this hotel Mr Sarthak gupta is very genuine guy and he is very friendly... everything is near from this hotel like clocktower , market, railway station, hospital etc..so it's a good choice...

Pathetic rooms are nothing but dirty , staff is rude and illmannered no room service , food is also pathetic the owner is a local goon so hence you cannot even complaint save yourself don't book

Pathetic staff, they will give you the worst room and ask for extra money, Don't have sense to talk to their customer. If you will not entertain their pathetic behaviour they will talk non sense and rude, Will never recommend anyone.
