Delicious food! Extensive menu with many vegetarian options. Everything was very tasty, well prepared and the portions were very generous. Price-quality ratio is definitely above average, very good! We will definitely come back here and will also order take-out from them sometimes.

Hotel is very approachable but Rooms were average. Booked for 2 Adults & 2 kids but still got twin bedded option. However they provided mattresses. Didn’t had king size bed option. Flush was also malfunctioning. Management need to re look into these aspects.

Not good at all. We checked in at 8 PM for three occupancy and paid 7k for a night. There were lots of issues - a. They switched off AC in night for cost cutting after complain they turned on back. b. Balcony window was not proper fix after rain in night, big rain mosquitoes entered in room. c. No one picked call in night. Not on reception. Not on room service. d. Washroom exhaust was not fully functional which cause lots of problem. e. One-two light was not working in room f. Have to call technician for hot water and cattle. g. We were 3 but they give only two water bottle and two glass. h. No sleeper in the room, have asked for it then they provided. I. If we checked in for three, they should take time for prepare the room and facilities should be for 3 like towel, glass and dental kit. j. We managed to get tea in night but room service came back after 5 mins to ask tea payment only in cash. They did not wait till morning or checkout. k. Swimming pool is under construction and no view from rooms. l. Bedding was not soft and comfortable seems very old. m. They had welcome drink not no one offered. Totally it was not a good experience. Will not stay again and not recommend to anyone.

Dirty bathroom, dirty rooms, no cleaniness, poor staff behaviour, broken water kettle and bed mattress was so cheap and weird. Everything is pretty much below average. You can find better hotel in this area They charge like 5 star hotel and service is way too worst.

A little run down. Doesn't feel like a 4 star hotel. Food is good but the service needs to be better. Housekeeping and laundry often don't answer the phone. When they do, they ask me to call some other number. The front desk could be more helpful too. Room service is fine.

Typical Govt sector approach. Experience a cold reception on your arrival and through out your stay. Service staffs are reluctant as if they are not paid. Hotel does not provide boufet in dinner if hotel is not fully occupied. I will Never experience this in future.
