Old British House

Beautiful & a quiet space. Stayed here for 2 nights, and it was extremely comfortable. Raj was great as a host, got us breakfast every morning. Rooms are a little small but the rest of the property is well built and pretty with trees and flowers. Would definitely come back and stay here for long.

I stayed at a homestay in a beautiful location. The garden was peaceful, and the rooms had a nice old-school charm. At night, the lights made everything look amazing. The room service was also very good. It was a lovely stay.

A bad hotel at Mussoorie led us to booking this place in Dehradun at the last minute. The booking was accepted immediately. What attracted us was the Old world charm and the property delivered exactly that. The hosts are an old couple who live in this 130yr old bungalow and adjoining this are the rooms for guests. It was squeaky clean, kitchen was fully equipped and a beautiful garden to walk around. The best part was that our dog felt at home right when we arrived and was super cool even we had to leave her alone. The house is very peaceful, serene and takes you back. Not to forget the very sweet hosts and the caretaker Raj who whipped up a yum breakfast and was super helpful.

Okay!!! I have to write so much about this place. This is such a beautiful, old school property with such picturesque skiesss...... Oooooffffff can't even express how beautiful the property is!!!! It has beautiful British style rooms and the lawn is so adorable with lots of plants and a swing right in the middle. When you enter the galli, you might be in doubt where is the google map taking you but trust me, that is leading you to the best property. The caretaker was very helpful and the food he made was amazing. Basic Dal chawal also tasted heaven under the beautiful star filled night sky. Experience it yourself!!!!!! Stayed at Old British House and had an amazing experience. Place is very nice and everything is as shown. Harshit (owner) is an extremely considerate host. Raj (caretaker) does an amazing job! Strongly recommend
