Place is good but rooms are too small. Not worth the high price they are charging.And Parking Area Very Congestion.Breakfast Good Staff Also Good

Treebo Tryst Sun Grand offered us everything we could ask for in a city far from home. The staff members were friendly, down-to-earth and responded favorably to all our asks. The rooms were luxurious. Every piece of furnishing and interiors spoke luxury and excellence matching my taste perfectly. The breakfast was awesome and we also enjoyed one of our meals at the in-house open-air rooftop restaurant. For tourists from the south, there is a Bangalore Idli/Udupi Cafe right across the street. We had our fair share of idlis and dosas from this cafe.||||If you are in Dehradun for business or leisure, this place would definitely make your stay worthwhile.

Worst service staff ever. When we checked in, they asked us to pay taxes twice, even though we had booked online. Wasted half n hour there. Then in the room their TV wasn't working, AC wasn't working and they took forever to get it started, wasted another hour there. When we came back later at night we accidentally spilled some water on the bed and our sheets and blanket got wet. We asked the hotel management multiple times to change our sheets, and to our horror they said and I quote - aapko room aisi state mein mila tha kya? (were you given the room in the same condition with wet sheets and blankets?) they refused to change our sheets and we were sitting in the cold room without even a blanket. After about 2 hours at around 12.30 1 in the morning, the management made us shift to a room on different floor because they didn't have anybody to change a bedsheet or give us another blanket! Worst experience of my life. Absolutely ruined our stay.

We stayed here for a friend's wedding. The hotel is basic - nothing fancy. You'll get a clean room & clean linen. The rooftop dining area gives a view of Mussoorie lights at night. Food was okay.||||A big problem is parking. The hotel has parking just for 2-3 cars & it's difficult to do off - street parking as it's a busy road.

Awful. Just not worth it. First room we stayed in gave us an experience of live floods in room after 15 mins of Rain. First day breakfast had 3 options, which turned into 2 on 2nd day. We did not go for breakfast on 3rd and 4th day because we didn't dare find out what's in store for us. Even after asking them not to go into room, the staff went in with the Tata sky person to sort out the TV. We clearly told them not to do it.

Reception girl was very Rude! She may give you visiting card to switch on your light! How pathetic it was. But the best part is restaurant with amazing and delicious food. Restaurant manager was best here but very poor welcoming! All my rating is only for restaurant and team.

Location is Good.. But rooms are expensive and too small.. Wash room good but smell coming in room from sevage... Staff is good and cooperative.. Kitchen is on terice... Breakfast offered after 8.30AM, which is not good.. ##Should work on timings of breakfast. Also should reduce tariff..

Great Staff and Clean Rooms at a City Centric Location, plus the rooftop restaurant adds to the beauty with delicious food. The breakfast served was nice and filling included in the cost of the room. Tandoor starters are excellent. Parking for Vehicle is available.
