Worst place to stay. Don’t book a room here if you looking out for a swift stay. The cook is almost not available, rooms are unhygienic. Very unhealthy environment. You have better option nearby

Pathetic. Lift not working. Flush not working properly. Cleaning is not done properly. You have to call room service atleast 3 times if you need something. Torn bedsheets with dirt spots and a very uncomfortable mattress. Don't book this hotel just looking the entrance. Owner need to be more vigilant otherwise this property will be shut sooner or later.

Review: A Painful Experience at Hotel Radiance Paradise, Dehradun (June 15-16, 2024) Our stay at Hotel Radiance Paradise in Dehradun from June 15 to 16, 2024, was nothing short of a nightmare. Returning from our Mussoorie tour, we decided to stay in Dehradun and booked this hotel at the exorbitant price of 3600 INR, which supposedly included breakfast and extra bedding for our kids. Unfortunately, our experience was a far cry from what was promised. The rooms were incredibly untidy, and the bathrooms reeked of a foul smell. The state of cleanliness was appalling and far from acceptable. The staff's service was equally disappointing. In the evening, when we requested the extra bed for our kids, they started making excuses, claiming it was not included in our booking and demanded extra payment. The same scenario repeated in the morning when they insisted we pay extra for the kids' breakfast, contradicting what was initially agreed upon. The breakfast itself was a disaster. We were told there would be multiple options to choose from, but in reality, there was only one option: tea and paratha. This limited choice added to our frustration and made for a very unpleasant morning. To top it all off, the water situation was appalling. We carried a water jug due to the hot weather and asked the staff to refill it. When we tried to drink the water, it was warm and had a stinking, bathroom-like odor. This was utterly unacceptable and posed a health risk. Overall, our stay at Hotel Radiance Paradise was a painful experience. The combination of poor service, unhygienic conditions, and misleading promises made it clear that this hotel should not exist. We strongly advise against staying here.

It's nothing exceptional. Budget hotel at a excellent location. Grocery store right across the road. Clubs just a few mins down the road. Atms across the road.

The ambience of hotel was not good, even the service is pathetic, AC was not working, continuously water leakage in the washroom.

Worst hotel staff I have seen, so rude, arrogant don’t know the basics of dealing with customer, behaves like cheap shopkeeper. First hotel I have ever seen who charges for extra blanket in winter season, they don’t care about old aged people. Dirty and smelly beddings. Don’t waste your money in this hotel if going with a family, any 500rs hotel room and their staff are far better than Radiance paradise. #Hotel management team- Please train your employees or hire some educated professionals who know how to work in hotel industry. Or re-evaluate your hotel policies if instructed to work like that.
