Hotel location is good and peaceful ☺️ and view are ossam .staff behaviour is good....and food 🥑🥑🥑🥑 is very tasty. Hotel distence clock to hotel 4 km only.

Stay was good however there was no proper privacy for us as the curtains did not completely covered the window. It was observed that anyone can peek from outside to inside. And the washroom was dirty not cleaned properly and there was not a single dustbin in the room for trash we have to keep the trash on the floor. And TV was also not working all the cables were disconnected. Hope they will work on it. And one thing I liked is the location was amazing each and everything you’ll get there nearby.

We thought Fab hotels is a reliable chain, on their website they have got great reviews for Bzoie dehradun. ITS A NIGHTMARE! Have you read the google reviews, its a disaster. Train the staff there to have some courtesy. The staff is mannerless, they talk in rude tone and talk disrespectfully, shabily dressed, clothes are dirty and ladies would feel uncomfortable. They dont know how to check a booking voucher by Goibibo. They take the id click a photo nd throw it back at you on the counter. Looked at us as if we are frauds. " Booking kara li" "paise sare de diye ya nahi" "tumhari to 2 log ki booking hai, dusra kaha hai" " ye wala room le lo baki entry wentry karate rehna" is that a way to talk. Pathetic. Rooms are unclean, toilets are unclean. Nobody was available on reception for half an hour. Felt as if we will stay in a shanty. Would be careful of Fab hotels in future.They dont have fresh bedsheets, tell you this is what we have, our laundry is out of service so cant give you fresh linen. Bedsheets have burnt marks and blankets are dirty, the staff uses those rooms and just straighten up the linen and offer the room to you. They dont have soaps for toilets, you see online they have a restaurant and they tell you to order food from outside. They dont offer you proper cutlery,There are ciggerate buds in the room, the pillows have black mould on it. Its unhygienic to the core. They dont have water and glasses for the rooms. There are rowdy drunk people running on the floors till 3 am howling around and disturbing your sleep. I was on the verge of making a police complaint.

Excellent location , beautiful nature view and great hospitality. Food was awesome and hygienic. Mountains views were awesome. Spacious rooms with big windows. Family enjoyed a lot as pacific mall is very close to hotel

Toilets clearly looked like they hadn't been cleaned since a month, when we pointed that and the numerous body hair on the toilet, the response was we cannot do anything because house keeping is not there, how about clean the toilet once a week atleast so that it doesn't have ancient stains on it. We reached their at 2 am and was stuck there in hailing rain, first thing in the morning we ran out of this place, the bedsheets were stained and had hair, something about hair and this hotel goes well together, they are clearly buying reviews, book an oyo instead, or else enjoy paying so much money and enjoy the feeling of using a public bathroom

This hotel is pathetic. I booked this hotel directly from Fab App . Team was very cooperative while booking once booking is done they went MIA. They gave us a room which was not at all clean . It was JUST A ROOM. No toiletries, No towels nothing . WiFi not at all working . They don’t even provide you water . Paying 1k per night for this glitchy room was biggest mistake. Pathetic service. They are interested only in payment and nothing else.
