Hotel Silverwood

My stay at Hotel Silverwood was simply amazing! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. The location is perfect and the overall atmosphere is peaceful and relaxing. The food was also delicious and well-served. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Hotel Silverwood to anyone looking for a great stay!

Well, a good property bang on Rajpur road, good size room with some challenges like in my case, the tv was not working, though my stay was short but you need a TV for sure, When I asked the hotel staff I was told not working due to some issues and felt sorry. If you are ready to compromise a bit of services this property offers a great view, good connectivity. It is a budget friendly property with all basic amenities. You can get a parking too with in the hotel premises. Suggestion for the Property Owner - please make sure the basic amenities like TV, Wifi are intact whenever you are listing any room.

Service is very poor! They don't even have enough staff. The person at the reception is a liar. He said they had a rooftop restaurant at the premises but we found nothing at rooftop! We have breakfast included with our booking for which we were instructed to walk to another place which we refused to do! They should have negative rating! Rooms have damp and cracked walls(photographs attached).

So, I will share my experience, the property is located at a great location i.e. bang on Rajpur Road. The room which I booked (Delux) was decent in size with some challenges.......the wifi was not working, the TV was not working either. I mean, if you want people to stay for long, you need to improve your services. The hotel staff was prompt, no service delays as such. This property is managed by zenvana with 3-4 more properties nearby . Final Words - Well considering the budget if you can compromise on some areas, this property won't disappoint you.

I encountered suboptimal service at this hotel, particularly with the reception staff. Their behavior was impolite, uncooperative, and characterized by miscommunication. Initially, they advised arrival at 11 am due to early check-in restrictions, even with additional charges. However, I arrived at 11 am and then they said only to be informed that check-in time is 2 pm and they would not provide me with a check-in. This level of irresponsibility is unacceptable. I would advise against booking this hotel as service quality is also a concern here. DONT Book

We booked 5 rooms for 2 days, the rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were polite, they even helped us in finding scooty rental when we couldn't find any. The area is also great, you can find necessary shops and stuff just nearby Overall it was a great stay.

We booked 2 rooms for a day in June. Rooms were clean, staff was polite and the location was also great. It was a nice experience. Will definitely book again.

Most underrated hotel Everything was good Room Service But no food service Aman Gupta in night shift was very helpful Really appreciated And highly recommended
