Hotel O Premnagar Heights

Hotal is very nice but they don't take booking at night from Oyo they refused to take and ask for their price which I have to book . Room are good . Staff is fine . Parking facility is available this is the +point of the hotel. You will get cold water bottle. And u can buy soft drinks at any time is available at hotal.

Very poor experience for rooms booking confirmation through mmt or Oyo or goibibo. The reception denies to check in after a 29km journey away from hotel . Nit a good business

Poor quality service, no manners at all at reception, asking extra money for check in . Don't visit such pathetic hotel. There were two people who were on reception and senior (pahari) one was very rude.

Pathetic staff: Never book this property you'll trouble a lot with staff's behaviour* First they asked for extra money which was okay, OYO did their job and arranged my Stay, next Day I wanted to stay one more day, They asked me rudely to check out at sharp 11am.

Fraud hotal It is only looting money from people no service nothing.. make my trip their partner in fraud.. Happened with me then I got to know from the people they have been doing for many years..both make my trip app and hotel cheated so many people

Such an unprofessional employees, asking extra money and main manager is way too arrogant, don't visit this property very poor service. Hotel authority should change that arrogant manager

IT was good experience. Everything is fine. The hotel room was worth it according to money. IT is near by INDIAN MILITARY ACADEMY
