OYO Flagship 74174 Hotel Central Plaza

This property is located at a not so decent (atleast visually) place. The staff here are also weird and spoke rudely.

Its a average budget hotel with less amenities and ok ok room service. Rooms are quite small and old and hygiene is not managed properly. After entering I found hairs on bed. No TV, No WIFI. Only major advantage is that its near to railway station (700m). Book only if you get it under 1k. Its good for 1 night stay.

Over charge for a night 900, Room and Bed sheets not tidy. Dampness in walls emits a foul scent in whole room. Bedsheets are not tidy. Worst experience... Its only near Railway station thats a plus point

Booked this hotel online It's very near to the railway station approximately 300 meter or 10 min by walking. Not exactly visible but OYO symbol does its job . Located on the 1-2 floor, lift never works there, so better get those muscles streched. Staff was good, with nice welcome and they got wifi. Now the good part Room is spacious and comfortable, bathroom is nice as well, and they have no plastic policy, so they give you water in glass bottles . That's appreciable Coffee and Tea taste good, and market is very near from hotel Took 1 star off because flush button is missing in my bathroom, complaint about it No Response.

If I could give a negative rating, I would.||We booked a room here but didn't get any. The management was highly disappointing. We reached in the night, and the hotel said that they can't give us a room, we have to find one on our own. This happened when we had a booking. They were clearly drunk and were concerned more about how their review is going to be affected than trying to solve the problem. And they told us they have a disgusting room that wasn't part of the hotel and strong-armed us into getting the room for 1k. They told us that since it was 12 am and all other hotels were sold out we would have to get that room or we have to leave the premises.||This wasn't what I was expecting at all.||Also, the location of the hotel isn't great either.

Booked this hotel online via OYO, the rooms are very TINY (Small) in Size. You will find all Shops nearby & they also provide Food @ this Hotel...its very much Spicy. It's very near to the railway station approximately 500 meter or 10-15 minutes by walking....!!

A good hotel in the heart of city near railway station and also surrounded by Paltan Bazar area of Dehradun main market and all in a surprising budget. Room is also good with every required amenities with clean linen and supportive room service. I had a good time here and recommend for every body whether with family or solo. Satisfactory stay.

We booked it online on OYO application. Room price was quite economical. It is situated a bit on inside of Main Road in dehradun. Pros:- 1)The location is good 2) the room was clean 3) Bathroom was also clean and well ventilated 4) Towels were provided at hotel itself. 5) It is well Air Conditioned. 6) Hand and body wash + moisturizer was available in the bathroom. 7) Room service was good. 8) Reception respose was great. 9) Lift is provided to get to reception. 10) 24×7 Reception service available. 11) Sealed water bottles were there in the room 12) Almirah was ok. 13) 2 Hangers were there in Almirah 14) A study table and a chair was there in room 15) hot and cold running water all times 16) exhauste in bathroom 17) well light room Cons:- 1) complimentary breakfast was not that good 2)Some kind of matchine noise was coming in room from the rooftop which we enquired about at night from reception. 3) bathroom door lock was to be opened with key most of the time Overall a good experience at this hotel for one night stay. Go for it.
