Overall property seems run down. Servivebin all areas needs improvement. My preference was due to its central downtown location and an operational Looks salon and La Opera coffee shop within the premises.

Worst experience, room loaded with dust. Bedsheets are almost used, toilets have a typical stink, most disappointing is breakfast. You have to beg for all small things, staff is not prompt. If you are diet conscious then you might have to stay hungry or find options on your own. If you get better place do not opt for this hotel. My strong recommendations. Reception staff is good, room service people are good but they don't have options much.

What an amazing stay experience we had here! Room service is provided by foxtrot and they have Sly Granny on the top floor with a pool by side. You can enjoy your meal and get good pictures especially in the night.

We stayed here for two days Only thing I liked is their service Breakfast is pathetic They serve stale food , we were served stale food both the days There is no fan in the rooms The centralised AC goes off again and again and have to inform the reception The soap they provide doesn’t give lather at all When asked to get soap from outside where I would pay them extra they said they don’t have enough staff The swimming pool was not cleaned when asked both the days we couldn’t use the pool The basin gets clogged while brushing teeth The jet spray doesn’t work to wash the bum. !!! This is ridiculous The washroom got locked from inside and they had to break the lock of the door Guys this is a genuine review. I don’t know how they put good reviews by fake ppl and fool the genuine customers A big No No for this pathetic hotel Plz improve ur facilities before it’s too late U guys are not worth for paying 3500 I would pay u 800 per day even that is lot for u

This used to be very nice boutique hotel around 5-6 years before. Now they are at their lowest level of quality and service. Quality of rooms, staff, breakfast even linen , pillows and bed are at lowest level. Not a worth place to stay for decent families. They should think seriously for renovations . Location wise they are best.

Hotel location and rooms are nice but service is not good. Single towel for couple available in rooms during check in, when asked to provide, staff gave used wet towel and replied towel are not available. Breakfast service not good. No coffee, no katories available, juice kept but almost empty jars. Lots to write there. Over-all not recommended.

Randomly found this palace on a MakeMyTrip search. Took a chance! We had a good stay here. They need to pay attention to a few details like the sheets and pillow covers. The place has all the basic amenities but can definitely be better. The room is compact. Overall clean but some upkeep is definitely needed. Staff are ready to help. The check in and out was super simple and easy. The location is easily accessible and connectivity isn't a problem. Ola and uber are easily available from this location.
