Excellent service! The rooms were neat, and there was a balcony with decent views. However, the rates for water felt a bit high at Rs. 60/- for one liter. The quality wasn’t great either—it felt like tap water. It’s better to buy water from outside if you’re booking here.

I have been travelling all across India from so long. Never have I encountered such shitty service, dirtiest room, even the water they give is tap water. Such rude manager - a guest came over to my room and he asked to pay the room for double occupancy. I agreed to pay, but when asked for the bill of it, he refused to give any form of confirmation of the amount paid and started arguing. Asked me to call the customer care and then ask for the bill. I am like, friend why are you even running a hotel when you can’t even provide the basic rights we hold as a customer.

Hotel staff were very cooperative. Only issue was that hot water was not coming properly in our room. But hotel staff arrange hot water from other rooms. Thank you.

The rooms were ok but only the room. got no basic amenities like towels soap paste even after repeated reminders. the bedsheet was also dirty and they didnt change it. we got a deal with breakfast. However, the hotel was not ready to serve us breakfast. they said u r 2 adults + 2 kids. we will give u one poha, one omlette and one parantha only. Only the location was the plus point due to which we managed as we had to be out the whole day otherwise would not recommend.
