Hotel K Blessings

New property with good amenities. Traveled with my wife & 2yr old kid around the independence day weekend. The look & decor of the place is good & the infrastructure is fairly new. ||Pros||- New property ||- Great service (would go any length to make your stay comfortable)||- Awesome food. Would recommend to stick to inhouse food served here. The cook did a great job in almost all the dishes served. A standout.||||Con||- Some minor problems with Toiletries which was replenished.||||The staff is really doing a good job here.

We had booked few rooms for our guests who had come to attend some function. Service. Was pathetic. Irresponsible staff .No water in the rooms .when contacted the staff said he was sleeping and forgot to switch the motor. The rooms were dingy and damp with awefull smell. Ac was noisy. There were bed bugs in couple of rooms.The rooms had to be changed because of the bed bugs. The bed sheets were dirty and had stains. I have some pictures to show the dingy rooms. When discussed the issue with the owner and asked him to see the rooms for himself he refused and in return was very rude.If the hotel was understaffed due to covid he should not have accepted the bookings.We had booked 3 to 7 rooms for our guests on different dates depending on the arrival of the guests.

I stayed at K Blessings with my family for a wedding we had to attend. we took 3 rooms here. I went with minimum expectations to the hotel. The rooms were clean. There was no buffet breakfast and items were limited. But the food was good. The service at the hotel was decent. Overall, a decent property if you want to have value for money stay.

My parents stayed at this hotel for a weekend. They loved their stay here and will stay here again in their next trip to Dehradun. First impression of the hotel was very impressive. Breakfast was good plenty of choice and was well cooked. The rooms were modern, spacious and the bathrooms were lovely. Great service of the hotel staff.

This hotel is newly constructed, so ambiance and interior is good. Restaurant facility and food preparation is reasonably appreciable. Staff is well behaved. From hygienic point of view also it is neat n clean, but in my opinion room tariff is slightly higher side.

I checked in this place at midnight using makemytrip. Didn't receive a big discount but the place was close to where I had to go early morning, so chose it. First, there were 2 individual beds, which on request they combined. Now after paying and checking in, the real issues started. There were so many issues that I had to write them down below in bullets - • MOSQUITOES- There were mosquitos in the room and there was no mosquito repellent available in the hotel. I requested the person on the reception, he tried to look for it but couldn't find it, hence I had to share my space with all the sweet mosquitos of Dehradun •BED NOT CLEAN - The bed that was set up had hair on it, I wonder how cleaning was done •ROOM NOT CLEAN - The room had a lot of dirt in it when I checked in, had to request for a clean up. Only the receptionist was there to help and he took a broom and took all the dirt out while I watched •DEAD FLIES - There was a dead fly(picture attached) that I could straight away see in the room, I don't know how many I would have found had I looked closely • DIRTY BATHROOM - The bathroom had insects in it and the flush was not working properly • DIRTY TOWELS - Now if a person gets at peace with his luck upon seeing a bathroom with some insects, he/she would at least not assume that the towels would not be usable. But even that was not the case, among the two towels present in the bathroom, one was already wet and the other one had dirty remains on it (picture attached). This certainly creeped me out The fan knob was also broken, but that seems like such a small issue in front of everything mentioned in the list above. The receptionist did help me with a few things that he could, but I felt so bad after spending more than Rs. 1600 on a hotel room here. It was nothing worth more than Rs. 800-900

Place is good maintained and nice for a medium (upto 100-150) persons gathering. Hosted a gathering recently in this place and hotel team really maintained very good care of Covid guidelines ... has it's own parking. Food quality is between good to average... Front of the hotel is slightly difficult to notice while going through GMS Road...

Today I visited the restaurant of K Blessings.This is the same hotel where two years back I had arranged my sister's engagement and we were impressed. But today's experience was pathetic,horrifying and something unforgettable. The restaurant food was average but service was pathetic , inspite of telling the hotel manager twice ,there was no heed paid to the same. After 20 minutes waiting for the food to be served which was cold already I went down and told the manager calmly that I want to cancel the order ,instead of calming me the manager rudely said" cancel Kar do Yaar". Since it was an important meeting ,I wanted to leave the restaurant but could not. But I promise never to come to this place again or ever recommend anyone. Rather I will definitely tell people not to visit the place as well.Moreover additionally one of the AC was not working which had made the restaurant quiet uncomfortable and hot. I am deeply hurt and offended. I really appreciate that customer 's like us have such a platform to vent our frustrations and tell the truth to other customers as well. Jai Mata di
