Hotel Grand Legacy

Pros: - Prime Location: Situated near the station, making it easy to explore the area. - Responsive Staff: The hotel staff was attentive and promptly addressed any issues. - Functional Amenities: The room was well-equipped with working electronics, adequate water supply, and other essential facilities. Cons: - Room Maintenance: The room quality did not justify the high price, especially considering the lack of proper maintenance. - Some Issues: Some minor inconveniences, such as a slightly temperamental door lock, were encountered. Overpriced: The room rate was excessive for the level of comfort and amenities provided. Overall: The hotel's location and staff were great, but the room quality and price were mismatching which was disappointing. Upgrading the rooms and/or lowering the price would make it a much better deal.

I do not recommend this hotel.. Room and bathroom was dirty, there cockroaches in the room. Restaurant was not good. Service was OK, but room lack some basic amenities. 50 m away there’s another hotel, for the same price much better service.

Reception staff were very rude. Room service was good, room service staff were courteous.

We stayed there for a night. The hotel is centrally located with both proximity to ISBT and the railway station. The rooms are neat and clean and looked recently renovated. The food is good and they customise it as per the customers taste. Perfect for a couple of days stay if you want to take a halt enroute to the garhwal hill stations.

Nice clean spacious rooms. Service is good. Overall good value for money. They allowed me to leave my car in the parking while I was away for a trek, didn’t charge for it also. All basic amenities are well furnished. The hotel is located at 10 minutes distance from the railway station.
