Worst Hotel Experience Ever – Please Don’t Book This Hotel I had a terrible stay here and strongly advise against booking this hotel. 1. Early Check-in Scam: When I arrived, they refused early check-in even though rooms were clearly available. The staff told me I could only get a room if I paid ₹1500 in cash (no online payment accepted). When I mentioned contacting Goibibo, they threatened to tell them that no rooms were available. This felt very dishonest. 2. Horrible Room Conditions: The first room given to me was smelly, the shower got stuck open (even staff couldn’t fix it), and the washbasin was clogged. 3. Second Room Was No Better: They shifted me to another room, but it was just as bad – smelly, AC not working, leaking toilet, clogged washbasin. On top of that, the key card didn’t work properly. I was stuck outside for 30 minutes twice in a single day, and the staff showed no urgency in resolving it. Despite complaining multiple times, the staff took everything very lightly and did not care about guest comfort. 👉 Please don’t waste your money here. There are much better hotels that will treat you with respect and provide at least basic facilities.

I was stay in that hotel for 4 days . I have good experience of Room, cleanliness, food, Room service & all staff members are cooperative & polite in a behaviour. This hotel is situated in mid city if u need anything it's too easy to get it.

Stayed here for 5 days . Room is specious. Reception staffs and service staffs are really helpful. Food is costly. From the roof one can enjoy natural beauty of Garawal Himalayas. In short we enjoyed our stay. Thanks.

It's one of the best budget hotels, yet no less than any 3 star hotel at one of the best locations in the city. Rooms are big, clean, and service very good. They have a restaurant on the 1st floor which serves very good food at reasonable prices and quality is fresh and delicious. Service staff and reception staff are polite and courteous.
