Great rooms, hot water, room service is very average as was the food. There's a good cafe in town at the bus stop. Good views of the Himalayan range.

Excellent location. Very good view of valleys and hills. Corner clear view of snow clad range looking just to hand. Problem with less staff and services need improvement. Rooms are very good.

Room are spacious, clean and with good view, food is tasty too, location of the hotels is good, only drawback is the commitment of providing something and later denying, so they are not on their words. Overall experience is good though, no activity or place to see of visit

The room getup and amenities were pleasantly surprising for a small town like Gwaldam. Gentleman serving us Pandeyji was very positive and gave us excellent service despite pandemic times ... only concern was there were few monkeys around the place so room has to be kept closed ... Overall very nice stay ... the owner Mr Khilafat Singh was also warm and helpful... room we got was first one on first floor and that was spacious with nice views

It's one of the few good hotels in the small town of Gwaldam. There are four floors, but no lift. There is a nice little lawn in front of the dining hall on the ground floor. There is also a parking area in front of the reception. The rooms are well furnished, with balconies overlooking the lawn and the valley downhill. The washrooms are spacious and clean. The staff is courteous and helpful.||The view of the Trishul is obscured by a spur of the mountain and the trees. A good viewpoint would be the lawn of a small Hanuman temple at the main market of the town, just 5 minutes walk from the hotel. The sight of the sunset on the Trishul is simply mesmerizing from this place.
