Hotel Alisha

It was a pathetic experience staying here. Story starts with booking the room via makemytrip website. Booking was done at cheap price up to my expectations. Then the day I visited this hotel they told we donot deal online and we used to deal online before and now we are totally offline. After that I contacted makemytrip customer care and they told we will resolve the issue in half an hour and call you back. But they did not call me, so I took the room offline at even cheaper price in the same hotel and stayed. Room condition as you can see from the pics. I don't need to write. It was in a pathetic condition. In the mean time after 4-5 hrs I called to makemytrip from my side and told them to cancel the booking which they eventually did and gave my money back with one extra coupon and they are also asking me for giving alternate accommodation in nearby hotels. This is a good deed though but after 5 hrs it is of no use. Here the working efficiency and seriousness of makemytrip to the customer's problem is clearly understandable. Coming to the hotel facilities there was nothing. TV was not working. Fan as well. Hot water was not available in winter days. Bed was totally wet. In the mean time electric supply went off and no back there. This was the worst day or I should say night in spending in a hotel room.

room not clean. bed so wet . not tv . fan not working , geager not working, wery bad management.

Clean rooms and drinking water also available... I stayed here for 6 days and I just loved the place!!

Very nice environment , helping management Nd manager is very friendly....had a very comfortable outing there Nd loved the place
