This Hotel is the best one in Haldwani for business or even a short family trip . Very clean and well maintained , the property offers all that one may require for comfort. Excellent services and very supportive and courteous staff. Buffet breakfast is well laid out and offers a variety on demand too. ||Dinner time is relaxing with live music and a choice of meal ! Brick oven Pizza is a delightful surprise ! ||Staff at reception - Neha , Nidhi and the gentleman who checked us in were all very pleasant and welcoming .

The hotel’s location is excellent, and the facilities are commendable. We stayed for a night and were thoroughly impressed by the hospitality, especially at the front desk. A special mention goes to Shakshi, whose exceptional service truly stood out. She patiently guided us through the room options, ensuring all our requirements were met, all while maintaining a warm and friendly welcome. Her professionalism and attention to detail made a significant difference in our experience. The food at the restaurant was delightful, complemented by a lovely ambiance. Overall, a wonderful stay, thanks in large part to Shakshi and the fantastic dining experience.

The only starred property in Haldwani. Ambience : Good and Calm Check In : Smooth and Fast, Ma'am Neha at the reception is great. Food : The food is good and tasty, Chef Vikram makes everything customized for you and according to your needs. Chef Ghananad prepared excellent wood fired pizzas for us with 00 flour Thank you to both the Lovely Chefs. Staff : The staff is very hospitable and attentive, full marks to Ranjeet, Ayush and Divyanshi. Our room was upgraded to Executive Suite so Thank you. Special Note : Mr. Hapin is your guy to look for, focussed and very caring. He made sure to give us time and his undivided attention. I am a regular at the property over the period of 8 months and the property never fails me.

The dinning room area experience was awesome. The staff was helpful and cooperative. I would like to mention about Mr. Mrityunjay who was very helpful and went out of his way to provide excellent guidance in food and really served us very well. I wish him and the staff all the best.

Our trip to Nainital and Neem Karoli Baba was truly unforgettable, and a huge part of that was our stay at Fortune Walkway Mall, Haldwani - a Member of ITC’s hotel group. It was, without a doubt, the best stay we’ve ever had! From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed into an atmosphere that felt warm, inviting, and luxurious without being overwhelming. The ambience of the hotel is beautiful – modern, yet with a cozy touch that makes you feel instantly at home. The rooms were very spacious (not like usual hotel room), clean, and thoughtfully designed, and the food? Simply outstanding. But the real highlight of our stay? The people. Every single staff member went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and happy. Two people, however, stood out and became more than just staff members to us – Neha and Babita. Let me start with Neha, who works at the reception. From the moment we arrived, she became like a part of our family. Neha took care of everything – our travel arrangements, room preferences, and every little detail. She patiently answered all our questions, helped us plan our itinerary, and even assisted us with bookings. But it wasn’t just what she did; it’s how she did it. Her kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel so special. And then there’s Babita, who completely stole my mom’s heart! She manages the Food & Beverage section, and her warmth and energy were unmatched. Babita treated us like family, ensuring every meal was perfect and that we were comfortable throughout. She’s one of those rare people who lights up a room with her positivity and kindness – an absolute gem of a person. Both Neha and Babita turned what could have been just a good stay into an unforgettable experience. These two incredible women are true assets to the hotel, and their dedication and kindness will stay with us forever. We’ve stayed in many hotels before, but rarely have we come across staff members as genuine and dedicated as these two. The hotel itself is perfectly located – just 20 minutes from Haldwani Railway Station and about an hour from Pantnagar Airport. It’s also incredibly affordable compared to other options, yet the quality of the stay is far superior. The views from the hotel are gorgeous, the service is quick and efficient, and the overall experience was flawless. ITC hotels have always been a favorite of ours, and Fortune Walkway Mall proved why. If you’re planning a trip to this region, I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The people, the food, the comfort, and the memories you’ll make – everything will exceed your expectations. And if you’re lucky enough to meet Neha and Babita, you’ll know exactly what I mean.

Fortune walkway Mall Haldwani is a home away from home. I have been their patron for work and family outings they have always catered to all my expectations. Wonderful experience.|Their front office especially Ms Neha Dosad |, is so very helpful to set up everything for the guests.

Great experience.comfortable rooms. Neha from the reservation team has helped alot with everything. Food was great. Planning to visit again. The staff at the dinning was very cooperative. Some limited options in the breakfast but still they accommodate all our requirements.

The Experience was awesome, got sound sleep after too long. A class Hygiene, politeness of staff and wonderfull food. Fragrance, peace, soothing music, ambience and much more.. Very very calm place. ||Love to visit again whenever get chance.
