Rooms prices are very high irrespective of their facilities and staff was not good at all. The hotel also has a shortage of staff. I was very tired and again and again light was going off. Wifi wasn't working, TV was not working. Conclusion was that my experience was the worst of all. Didn't recommend it all

Rooftop is good. Lift is available with battery backup. Food is also nice. Good place to organise parties as small gathering. Service can be worked upon a bit. The overall experience was nice.

I stay there for 7 days due to covid19 restrictions. I only want to say that staff need to learn about the situation and behave like a gentle they behave like we r murderer or we did any crime and we r here in prison. Rest everything is OK new property with all basic facilities yes whenever I get a chance I do visit and like to stay there. Nice in location.

Worst worst worst property to stay in haldwani. Worst management, worst staff. The manager here Mr Rahul thinks himself way more above the customers. This property is an absolute absolute example of how a bad staff can ruin a great business/facility. Worst property i have ever been in entire India to be honest.

One of worst property in haldwani staff is very rude aswell the owner of this property is also have an attitude problem they are not belong to the hospitality industry they ruined my day as well my money also no guest welcoming nothing and the main part is the lift also not working they give us room on 3rd floor and in the room there are no amenities and nothing they are running this property for daily customer like you know very bad same as like OYO roms catagory...food is also bad tasteless and stinky.. A big NO for this property..

Worst hotel stay ever. I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone. I wish google had a zero or negative star. It started with conversation on phone with Mr. Rithik K Mehra on 8th July'21. We agreed to do the booking directly for 9th July'21 night stay for 2 rooms for 5 people. And we also informed that we will reach late night between 12-1am. Duly, we informed Mr. Rithik K Mehra on 9th July'21 9:30pm again that we will reach between 12:30-1am. He mentioned Mr. Tarun's name as receptionist. But thats when the downgrade starts. On arrival, Mr. Tarun was in deep sleep and had no information regarding our arrival. After multiple calls Mr. Rithik K Mehra didn't pick up the call nor called back to check. Mr. Tarun was more focused on his sleep and disregarded that a customer needs a good service. When asked about payment he wanted cash instead of Google Pay where as the QR code BHIM payment was displayed on the reception desk. After scanning our aadhar cards. We went to check our rooms. After checking 3-4 rooms with unclean bathrooms and rooms. He gave us a premium room though as that was with a clean bathroom. We decided to pay him in the morning. While leaving in the morning at 6:32am I did the payment as discussed and showed him. He had totally forgotten that payment was not done. He called after 2 hrs and argued that the payment was not done. Thankfully I had the prove and clearly mentioned regarding the payment.
