Hotel Saurabh by Moonlight Hospitality

Writing this review after multiple times having their hospitality. It uses to be our favourite restaurant for dinner n ll but since they have introduced their coupon system they are increased their price and their hospitality is also degrading. Moreover the staff also gets confused which coupon to apply for the table. So its my humble request to the management to look into it or you may loose your customers.

Location is Good. But Rooms, Service, Food are just ok. Buffett doesn't have variety, Too much moisture in the room. They have only 1 iron for 40 rooms. Wifi was also struggling. So basically it's a huge hotel with excellent location but service is not upto the mark

Hotel is not upto mark according to the price. Rooms are not good. Washroom has drainage issue. Water clog all over floor where you bath. No professionalism. Look for better hotel in this price. I paid 2400. I have stayed in much better hotel in this price.

It is nice affordable stay.. staff is good... and the best part is the food, it is really very delicious... Rooms are too spacious and clean n well maintained.

Dear Banquet Hall Owner, I am writing this review to express my extreme disappointment and frustration with the way your banquet hall was managed during my engagement event. It was supposed to be a memorable and joyous occasion, but it turned into an absolute disaster, and I feel the need to bring this to your attention so that you are aware of how your establishment is being run. Firstly, I paid a significant amount for the event, with the expectation that my guests and I would be treated to a wonderful evening with good food and service. However, to my dismay, no food and drinks were provided throughout the event. When my fiancée and I finally sat down to eat, the food was served cold not just to us but also to our family and guests. This was embarrassing and completely unacceptable. Additionally, we had specifically requested for dinner to be served at 9 PM, but it was inexplicably delayed until 10:30 PM. The delay was not communicated to us, and as a result, some of our guests had to leave without having any food at all. This lack of professionalism and disregard for our schedule and the well-being of our guests was highly disappointing. Furthermore, the decorations, which were supposed to enhance the ambiance of the event, were completely different from what we had requested. We had requested the opportunity to speak to the decorator a few days before the event to ensure that our vision was properly executed, but your staff denied us this basic courtesy. As if the above issues were not enough, the accommodations provided by your hall were also a letdown. We had booked more than 15 rooms with you, all of which were meant to be triple occupancy. We specifically asked for extra beds to be placed in all the rooms, but our request was ignored. The housekeeping service was poorly managed, with only one person bringing one mattress at a time, causing me to stay up until 1 AM trying to sort out the sleeping arrangements for my guests. Some of the rooms were in appalling conditions, with flooded toilets, making it impossible for my family to use them, forcing them to seek alternatives in other rooms. (Some room were good but overall experience was very bad) In conclusion, my experience at your banquet hall was nothing short of a nightmare. I had envisioned my engagement day to be a joyous and unforgettable event, but it was tarnished by the incompetence and negligence displayed by your staff. The exorbitant amount of money I paid to host this event at your establishment was not justified in any way. I hope that you take this review seriously and take immediate steps to rectify the issues and improve the overall management and service quality of your banquet hall. Pathetic and very unprofessional. Asked us to leave the hotel in the middle of our stay. We booked two rooms for 7 days that is from Sunday to Saturday but on Thursday morning hotel staff asked us to vacate, as they wanted to accommodate their other guests who came for the marriage function in their hotel. And their bathroom has drainage problems as well.Wash basin was leaking and whole bathroom floor was wet.
