Room Prices of this hotel are very very higher as compared to the rooms they provide even when the hotel is not 4 or 5 star. They don’t provide any thing expect one water bottle in that price not even brkfst nothing. You will be charged extra if you ask for other water bottle. Overall not satisfied with this hotel. Way of talking of the Owner or you can say receptionist of the hotel is not good. I would prefer you all to search for other hotels in that location. Even OYO hotels are good as compared to this hotel. Thank you

Hotel is all about cleanliness and hospitality. Location for night halt is okay. Cleanliness of laundry is major issue. Very bad. Property is just 3 year old. Rooms are very small. Management must see into the matter. Staff also should more professional and clean.

Owner manager very helpful, rooms small but bathrooms very good, food and tea is very tasty and prepared by owner very nicely, it's a small clean hotel, we rested well

Bad Customer Services by hotel staff, Highly expensive for One night stay, Local IDs persons are not allowed. Uncomfortable For females.

One of the worst hotel in Haldwani. Care taker guy is really peace of work and gridy . He doesn’t know how to talk with customers and was telling me how to save money by making fake bills and present into company. It was really bad weather and I had no other option except to live there. Room was ok ok but hot water was the main concern as after turning on greaser I’ve to wait more than 40 minutes and still water didn’t get enough warm. Not recommending at all.

First and last time stay in this property. Their quality of room, comfort and hospitality are not doing justice with the tariff. Even a single star is more. No Ala carte they were just offering Daal Chapati and asked me to order online. Asked for a tea thrice and kept me waiting for like 2 hours and despite three reminders they just tend to ignore it. What a poor service. A big no to this property. And when it comes to hospitality they are far from what Sundram offers.

Good hotel in affordable price. We stayed here for a night during our trip and we were late, owner was very co-operative and made us yummiest Daal for dinner 10/10 for Daal🤩

Rooms are very small in size and the staff is also minimum...one think is good only that is cleanliness of the property..But the bedding needs improvement like pillows were dirty and even the comforter was very dirty and they also don't have any other options
