NillI booked a room at Hotel Satyarth during my recent visit and paid ₹2000 for it. Unfortunately, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff was unresponsive and unhelpful regarding complaints. The washroom had a terrible smell due to cigarette smoke left behind by a previous guest. Despite repeatedly requesting the staff to clean it, no action was taken. My wife and I are allergic to cigarette smoke, and the condition of the room made our stay extremely uncomfortable. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. It’s not worth the money, and the lack of basic hygiene and customer service is unacceptable. Save yourself the trouble and choose a better option

Nill******Don't book this hotel in any situation whether it's urgent or not******** One of the worst hotel near kathgodam railway station. You will regret yourself if u decide to stay here in any situation. Due to emergency I decided to stay here . They have taken Rs. 2000 in advance as cash. All the room has spring bed due to that back pain happens . They didn't provide Towel and other stuff like bedsheet etc.. They say they can’t give towel right now as not available currently, making silly excuses. Phone is not available in room . Highly unprofessional staff and management! After 1 hour, I decided to leave when I asked money they denied to return it. After further discussion they told us that we didn't made any payment during booking and ask where is the proof of payment. They don't entry in any register of guest information . They are totally fake, for show purpose they take pic of id in mobile and for payment they prefer to take cash. If u deny cash then they take payment on the personal number not in the name of Hotel. Totally fraud hotel staff. Very worst experience. Rest upto your sense whether u feel the same experience or not. Even I suggest ask any auto driver about this hotel. You will get the right picture for the same

NillOnly location and parking facility is convenient as it is near railway station rest everything is worst and highly expensive . Poor washroom , poor room facilities , unhygienic . Try to stand up to the prices Rs2500 room and no TELEVISION. Worst experience don’t waste your money here .

NillHighly unprofessional staff and management! Imagine you’re booking their hall for an event and after confirming availability and negotiations, at last minute they say they can’t give hall, making silly excuses. It’s the worst experience even from hotel ever. Do Not trust them for events.

NillThe worst customer service , To be frank I didn't stay in this hotel ,but when I called them to enquire about room they responded very roudly just because I asked them can you reduce the price as I'm only one person and also I needed room for just 6-7hrs . But they were like we have 80rooms we can't reduce even one rupee for one room and sort of .I didn't like that attitude and it's not a right way to behave with tourist aswell . Note:- he demanded 2000 for one room for night 12pm to morning 8am . Try others room rather then going to 80rooms owners hotel.

NillThe hotel looks nice from outside but inside toilet is not clean and cockroaches roam all inside toilet bathroom. And the worst part is service the hotel staff is pretending that they are doing favour on you. In my case when I reached this place no staff help me to take my luggage to my room and same while check out. When I asked they say wait wait after 30 min I only picked my luggage and checked in as well as at the time of checked out. And also when I told them for cold water bottles then they took 1 hour to bring normal water bottles and charged Rs.30 per bottle. I traveled my places but not see this type of behaviour of people.

NillBesides outside appearance,,This hotel is worst in all kinds of services which is necessary for Stay.. 1. The room was dirty, Dusty and unhygienic. 2. The Cockroaches and Bed Bugs were there on bed. 3. For any services like asking for towel,water or any other thing, the staff was treating like most busy person and not providing the service on time as taking more than hours of time. 4. The Comode was budging from its place ,the shower was not working properly and the bathroom was unhygienic and not cleaned properly. 5. The Hanger inside the bathroom was not able to hang more than 3 clothes at a time as i experienced. 6. The Receptionist and his Staff was too drunk that he was unable talk properly and his tongue was slipping and he was unable to provide any services on reception in mannered way. Overall this hotel is not gud to Stay on my personal experience.Thats It..
