The receptionist uncle is very stubborn . I booked a room instantly going at the property . Prices almost similar to wat u see online on mmt and goibibo. Restaurant doesn't seem good . Ordered tea but tea didn't reach our room only . More over like a hotel some homestay . The best part for vegetarians is right opposite to bikanervala so food is sorted . Bikanerwala opens at about 8.30 am so breakfast is sorted .

Hotel is near haldwani bus stand and around 1 Km from Haldwani railway station. Staff was very cooperative, wash room was best clean unexpectedly.

The hotel is located on the main road of city just close to Haldwani Bus Stand. Staff are helpful in your queries. Rooms are ok. Bathroom fittings are awesome - loved it. Had dinner also here, it was good. Had ordered Tomato Soup and Gobi Paratha. The soup was the highlight of my dinner. For a night stay this place is good. The mattresses in property should be replaced as they look sadiyon purana.

Worst reception. Reception person had so much attitude problem. Don’t even respect their guest and they are treating as they were not paying for the room rather they are giving it as a free.. I will never recommend this hotel .

Budget friendly rooms with fast service. Rooms are top quality according to price..which is under 1k. Usually we find dirty washrooms and linen in low budget rooms..but you'll be amazed as the bathrooms are very tidy... There is intercom in each room and the service is fast. Staff is well behaved too.

- Rooms/walls are dirty. - Main door lock (two way lock) is broken from inside, if you pull it slightly it will be in your hands and you'll struggle to fix it back in order to open the door to come out. - Very difficult to close wash room door, if you are with someone you'll either struggle to close or may not be able to close it. - Spray jet in the toilet is not working properly. - Window's lock is broken from inside. Anyone can open the window from outside and enter inside. - the bed head rest cushion on the wall are so dirty that you cannot even touch them.(seems its not washed or changed since the establishment) Visited this hotel 6-7 years ago and it seems that no maintenance is been done since then. The stay was very disappointing.
