The old building has a lot of useless rooms but the new room is fine, the room rent is also correct but I did not like the staff that much, the staff was good earlier in 2021 but now in 2024 the staff is not good

Very bad experience. Staff and the owner (or a management) have a very poor accent. They don't know how to talk with a customer. Just they know how to plunder the peoples. It's all about money laundering and a fake promises to the customer. I hope no one will stuck here in any situation. Such a bad experience till now of my lifetime.

I like this hotel. Very nice place and beautiful view around hotel. Room and bedclothes was clean, hot water was like and cold. Service is very good and price isnt expensive. The hotel owner helped me with ricksha.

One of the oldest Hotel In Haldwani and they are in dire need of Restoration now ... It looks old smells old feels old with below average service.
