Rooms and service are good ,but I don't like the location, it's on a busy road , I personally don't prefer,,No special view

Absolutely worst service I've ever encountered. The hotel staff is way too rude for taking any requests. The room was booked for 3 people (Family) and nothing apart from lights, fans, geyser seem to be working right. We were even denied the request for 3 towels! Only got one in the beginning and upon several persistent requests, had the privilege of getting another towel. Still need three of those but it's apparently non negotiable. (The receptionist cut the phone on me for this.)

The place is an antithesis of the basic tenets of hospitality. Bad quality rooms, rotting termite infested wood. Non functional TV, no exhaust in washrooms, poor service and to top it all rude staff..

Hotel was very good. Near to market place in haldwani .. please keep in mind ..try Momo's near to hotel .. it's yummy. Hotel service is good.

Really good room for really cheap price. The staff were also pretty nice to us.

Hotel rooms were good . Cleanliness was there and was maintained as per OYO standards.Service was also good.

Its not that good rooms are compact and there is no service of elevators
