Hotel front office staff is quite professional and polite.Hospitality shown by the entire staff specially Manisha is appreciable. The location is also quite perfect and easy to reach.Very Nice Hotel to stay, I often stay here during my business visits. Really enjoyed my stay at Emporio. Will highly recommend to all.

I had placed an advance booking . When I reached the hotel early Morning they told me there is no booking for your name . When informed they about the check out still calling and asking again for the checkout . Basement parking, not designed to properly Shampoo and soap dispensers not proper.
