Hotel Sundaram

Reception guy is so arrogant. Im local resident, went for asking for a room. I asked him what best price he can do, said “ap kahi or dekh lo”.

Room was good but Breakfast was pathetic even Hospital food is much better than this Hotel Breakfast and also main thing Wi fi service not available in hotel Room for guests

Hi I have stay for night. I can not explain you guys after having a good location how the hotel staff could be so pathetic???????????? For extra bedding staff took 1 hour's???????????? For tea staff took 1 hours???????????. Why such a very rude staff in this hotel??????????. @superior management plan explain to staff about the hospitality...........,

I use to stay in this hotel every month In July I visited hotel on 26-27 July I reached late night the light of room is continuously on and no switch to off that light I complained they told me it will be continued to on They sent their support start around 1 am that time I got sleep. In morning I complained to their manager he behaved very rudely. Now I again visited HALDWANI in August but stayed in different Hotel

I stayed at Sundaram Hotel from 15 to 18th June 2024 Room Service is very excellent, Right from Gate Keeper to Reception staff , all are very polite, well dressed and responsive . Grilled Chicken Sandwich is very very Good , Thanks to Chef Kailash ji
