We came here to Haldwani to attend the National Games. Our stay was booked at Hotel Maplewood. Straightaway the location, warm welcome and spacious rooms delighted us. The food and ambience of the restaurant was awesome. The rooftop part of the restaurant is the highlight of the hotel. We are very happy with the hospitality and service. Disappointing Experience at Hotel Maplewood Premier Haldwani I recently stayed at Hotel Maplewood Premier Haldwani and was quite disappointed with the experience. The bathroom towels provided had visible holes in them, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel claiming to offer a “premier” experience. Additionally, the shampoo and body wash bottles were unmarked with no names, branding, or expiry dates printed, raising concerns about their safety and quality. To make matters worse, the room service was extremely inefficient. I had to wait a frustrating 4 hours just to get an extra bed added to the room, which should have been a simple request. Such delays and lack of attention to detail reflect poorly on the hotel’s management and service standards. Overall, I expected much better quality and service for the price I paid. I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The best hotel in Town. Mr. Kabindra singh koranga had done the greatest job. Amazing hospitality and food is so delicious here. Must visit guys if u r looking for a hotel in haldwani.
